AsphaltToughenedSoles

I deliberately go barefoot on the hottest and darkest asphalt I can find during hot summer weather, for as long as I can stand on it and walk on it, so I can increase my tough and callused sole heat tolerance. I always get burned soles in 90 degrees F range summer weather during the hottest afternoon hours, and that is very healthy for the soles. I usually get blistered soles in 100 degrees F range weather during the hottest afternoon hours, but blisters are still necessary to develop heat tolerance to extra hot asphalt more quickly.
