My cousin just found out from another family member, and it was confirmed but her mother, that her dad had a daughter before her. My aunt refuses to let her ask my uncle about it. My cousin is very determined to find out who this person is, I told her I would try to help her if she felt it was really needed, but I have no clue where to begin. We have no name, age, or any kind of address. the only information we have been able to retrieve was the first name of the mother of my uncle's 1st daughter. My father has informed us of the womans name, that she lived in manchester, nh when the girl was born and that the girl was born in late '77 or early 78, so she is about 29-30.

Anyone have any advice? my cousin is 21 so its not like this is just some little kid who wants a sister (as someone yesterday that I had talked with thought)

I am on birth control but I have a tendency to forget to take them so we use condoms as well just in case. About 2 weeks ago the condom broke. I finished my bc pack last Sunday so I have been off it for a week now and have not had my period yet. I have no other pregnancy symptoms, other than the missed period, and i have a gynecology appointment on Thursday. I don't think I am pregnant but I am due to start taking my next pill pack tomorrow, and i had heard that taking bc when pregnant can be very bad, has anyone else heard this? should I take a pregnancy test now or wait? ... Its the holiday weekend so I can't call my Dr's office...

I have a very small book that my grandfather brought home from Germany in WWII it is about 1 inch by 1.5 inches, I can't read German so I don't know what it says. I Would like to know what exactly it is. I have tried to do a Google search and didn't get any results. does anyone know where I would look for information?

I have been taking bc for almost a year, have never had spotting. I started a new pack on Sunday morning, it had stopped by Sunday night completely. I had no colored discharge or spotting on Monday. Tuesday and today(Wednesday) I have had what started Tuesday morning as dark brown discharge, went to brownish-pink and is now defiantly red blood discharge. It it not so bad I feel the need to use a tampon however is leaving stains on my panties. I have mild pain when I wipe. I am wondering if i am just having a longer period or if something is wrong. I did have sex on Sunday and Monday, but I did use condoms both times and don't think I have any reason to think i am pregnant. I have not called a dr yet b/c I live in a small rural community and our dr just left so I am currently looking for a new one as the office only has nurses right now.

I am just curious as to how old you were when you had your first child? I am 22 and almost done with college, I want to have one, providing i have a stable job and a good home, between 26 and 30. I don't want to be too old to remember what it was REALLY like being young. My bf doesn't want kids, he says one would be OK but thats it. I want 1 or 2 but don't think i need to etch it in stone until i have one. I also would like to live out side of NH, where I live now, and he doesn't... that doesn't really relate to this but it kind of does. Anyway, thanks for your answer and any other in put you wnat you give.

I live in northern NH, its very cold here and I want to move further south. I physically can't take the cold, last night walking to my car from classes I was shaking, thats how cold I was. Anyone who lives in southern states, whats it live there? would you recommend the area you live in? Also, a lot of people around here say southerners aren't friendly to us "Yankees", basically you don't like us or want us around your folk. I am a jr. in college also and want to transfer as many credits as i can, please give info on colleges in the area.

I am a college student, I have a dell right now and I guess I got lucky with it b/c it has lasted 3 years, however now everything is going down hill fast. I want an HP laptop, must have good space (which both of these seem to have)I do some gaming but only 3- 7 hours a week, over a period, and i really only have one game that takes alot of cpu to run. I have an MP3 player so I want something good for music and I have a kodak digital camera which I would like to be able to hook up to its softward with out takin (literally) 10 min to load my pics.

These both looked like really good laptops for what I am looking for, so which one do you think is better?

I am trying to transfer schools and have applied to 4, i have gotten responses from 2 and not heard from too (1 of which is my first choice) I want to double major in psychology and pre-med. 2 are in NH (where i live) and 2 are in NY, of the two that i have heard from (one from each state) the NH school has sent me a financial aid letter and i would be getting a 12,000 need based grant from them, BUT they are making me decide in them in a little over 2 weeks, the NY school has not sent me anything regarding finincial aid, BUT they are giving me until may 1st to decide. and i really want to know what i am eligable for b4 i make a decision, and also want to hear from the other schools (my 1st choice said they wouldn't even be looking at my application until this comming week) so what do i do, should i just wait until the last min or is there someone i should call? thanx :-)

I am transfering for the fall of 2007 to a bachelors degree program. I have been to fastweb, collegeboard, and scholarships.com, I put in the information that I will be a junior or 3rd year student but I keep getting scholarships that are only for high school seniors or graduate students. I know I will probably have to take out aditional loans but I would like to try finding scholarships as well. Does anyone know any good sites online, or places I can go to find scholarships for transfer students?

I had a hampster b4 so i though a mouse would be similar but the smell so bad, i have only had them for 3 days! and the day after I got the first one my bf and roommate talked me into getting a second one . I got a female the first time and I didn't realize it until I looked at my reciept after I got the second one (which is a male). I really don't want them breeding and I don't think I can take care of them. Petco has an animal return policy, does anyone know if I can take everything back?

I have 1 tattoo now and I want 2 more, I want to get a heart with an ancient egyptian symbol or mayan symbol for love but I don't know where I can find these symbols. anyone have any ideas?

I have eczma and one of the places i get it bad in the winter is my bikini line where my legs touch my pelvis when i walk. I have to be up and around all day for work and this winter its extremely bad. I usually keep that part shaved but even little stubble rubbin makes me want to cry, and i can't shave everyday b/c i get razor burn and the eczma breaks out bad then too. I was wondreing if anyone has had a bikini wax, how much is it and would you recomend it?

I am trying to et my own apt., and currently renting a room from someone, however she is very laid back and lets my bf spend the night/come over whenever, i know if there is availibility(sp?) it would be better for me if i lived closer to school and that i can afford a place closer but i can't seem to get him to understand that if i move unless he moves in with me i he can't stay over so much. I would like to live together since we pretty much do it now anyway but he says he wants to "mooch off my parents atleast until i'm out of school". he ie graduating 2yr program in may and going to a 4yr school to finish starting in the fall. when i asked which of these he ment by finishing school he says idk, we'll see. What does THAT mean. i don't want to pressure him into anything but i also know i don't want to stay where i am living right now and i don't know how to get a straight answer out of him. any advice?

My little sis wants me to join a gym with her, i think its a good idea b/c we will both have motivation to go and get fit. We both eat healthy most of the time and are young (21 and 19) but don't really exercise. I am 115 but i have fat concentration in just my belly area and people keep asking when my baby is due, I'm not preg (:-( if you read my other ?s) and it hurts me. she is a little over weight but is very self concious. I said maybe we should join curves b/c its all women and less of a competitive atmosphere, anyone have any ideas about this? we also have a planet fitness and golds gym in the area, and sugestions? thanx :-)

I am a mess with school and was going to leave at the end of this semester and take some time off (I am in college not high school). I messed last thurdday's class b/c i was sick and did not o to my lab on tuesday (both a bio class), and I have just missed a test today because I thouht my class was at 1pm and it is at 12 pm... i have no way to get there on time and if you are not on time yo fail the test. Also, b/c this will be ther third class that i have missed th professor is going to drop me (most likely), if he drops me i will get a failin grade on my GPA, if i drop myself i still have to pay for the class but it will not go on my gpa or transcript. So what should I do? anyone else in this situation?

I tok a test yesterday, and asked on here, i guess i let it sit too long so i took another one this morning and did it exactly, watched the results, and this one also came one as a partial second line for positive. I am interpreting this as a positive because i also have had all symptoms listed by the mayo clinic ( http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/symptoms-of-pregn... )

I have been trying to get to planned parenthood for birth control (i was using condoms) for a month but have been busy and have an appt. with them one wednesday. I guess this won't be for birth control now but pregnancy testing. I don't knonw when I should tell my bf though, now or wait to see what the dr office test results are?
