Ladybug...previously starshine!!

We are looking for my husbands brother who was adopted when he was a toddler. We aren't sure of any of the details and his birth mother refuses to discuss the matter. We have his full name, d.o.b, and mothers full name!! We aren't sure what other information is needed. My husband has added his name on the register with births, deaths and marriages office in belfast but his brother has never contacted him so we aren't sure if he is even aware he is adopted? How can we find him urgently without having to wait on him registering with the government offices to trace his birth family??

Please help, I have purchased avast anti-virus but the license file attachment they sent in an email will not open, windows is informing me that it is an unknown file type and wont allow me to open the link? does anyone have any idea how i can access the license file number to complete the download of my anti-virus???

At the moment I have mc afee anti-virus but it expires in 7 days, im looking some advice as to which anti-virus is best or will i just renew my subscription with mc afee for £49.99??? This is the first I've had to renew it as the mc afee was free with the laptop when i bought it last year in the sale.......

Ok, I'm really stupid when it comes to technology and gadgets, I need some advice:

my 11 year old son wants to buy himself an ipod that he can listen to music and watch programmes/movies on but he doesn't know which ipod does both???

At present we both have ipod shuffles which obviously only play music,

so has anyone any idea what ipod he could buy that he could download programme/movies on to???

I have taken them to the airport to see some planes and to the beach where it rained all day and we were stuck on the coach!! Typical summer........ Any ideas?

I have concreted my garden but it's all uneven. Every time one of my kids fall they get hurt more on the broken concrete than they do falling down!! Would it be possible to lay slabs down on top of concrete or would i have to lift the concrete again?

My son has had 2 gold fish for 4 years, one of them died today.... he's really upset and i'm dreading the other dying within the next few days or weeks!! They were both bought together but is it possible for one to live a few years longer than other or do they have a standard life span?
