embroidery or sewn on lettering to honor the recruit graduating...

I've been seeing this girl (25 yrs old and I'm 41 yrs old) since june 09 and almost from the beginning we have been together and/or talked almost everyday. She begged me to come over,made me dinner,introduced me to her family and her son and all seemed great until Nov 30th when she told me she was feeling smothered. We have been intimate a few times and she even whispered I love you in one of our talks. She stated she needed some space but continues to call me 2-3 times a day. Xmas time was a blast and everything seemed on track again and then on Dec 28th, she again stated she is not use to having someone around her this often and told me "I love you as a friend...I'm not ready for a relationship right now and other statements about "how she feels No time for Love right now". I respect her and gave her her space but she begs me to come around and calls me everyday and even on the way to work and on her way home EVERYDAY. I am confused. What is my next step and any advice is welcome. I do love her and I have told her only twice (not counting the cards I gave her for the holidays).

PS> Her mother / family members have no issue with the age difference. She states that she is fine with my age as well.
