OK im so stuck on this problem.....

Julie is drawing a map of the town.She knows that City Hall is 3 miles down Main St. from the fire station. If the scale for the map is 0.25 in.: 0.5 miles, how long should Main St. be between City Hall and the fire station on the map?

I think you should do it like this but i wanna make sure its right-

0.25 inches

__________ = __________

0.5 miles 3 miles

THEN SOLVE FOR THE BLANK SPACE RIGHT???

P.S.sorry about the computer but the 3 miles should be under the 2nd line.
