Will new shock/Strut mounts make a big difference?
I replaced all four shocks on my car two yrs ago at about 120k miles. But didn t replace the mounts...I know I def should have! now the car has 145k miles and I m thinking if replacing the mounts will make a big difference in ride quality specially feeling the harshness of bumps.
Will I also need an alignment after that?

I m planning on selling a product at a local event... some 300-400 people are expected to visit. The product is a household item and will cost $39.99. Based off of this info, how can I have a conservative prediction of my sales so I know if it s gonna be worth it and also for inventory planning?
Thanks a lot people for help! This is my first time doing this... never done this before. Pretty excited about it 😁

Hi all,
I'm a STRUCTURAL ANALYST engineer with 3 yrs industry experience. My question is should I stay at my current company where I'm full time employee or take up this contract opportunity out of state. It pays really well almost twice as much and offers some really good experience. I guess my question is More beneficial to your career 1) working as a contractor or 2) staying at a particular company as a full time employee and making ur way up?
Thanks

at traffic lights when the car is at a stop, I started noticing that while the shift is in drive, I feel pulsation/vibration in my steering. When I shift to neutral it goes away. Any ideas or clues? Maybe the motor mounts are shot?
2 AnswersMaintenance & Repairs6 years agoHow do we see galaxies that are millions of light years apart?
I guess I'm not able to understand how is it possible for us to see galaxies using telescopes that are millions of light years far from us. I mean if the light takes millions of light years to reach those galaxies, won't we have to wait for that long for the light to leave the telescope and reach them. And I know telescopes weren't there tha long ago loll

3 AnswersInfiniti6 years agoInfiniti elite warranty covers repairs worth car's market value?
hi,
I have a current infinit elite warranty plan but was recently denied a major repair by infiniti. They said previous repairs have almost amounted equal to my car's market value and that I only have a few hundred dollars left. I was shocked to hear that but apparently it's one of the hor fine prints.
I need some advice if this is legal for them to do? Has anyone had similar experience before? Is my case strong for a lawsuit since I already have a current warranty plan but they are still denying the repair. Thanks for all your input!
1 AnswerInfiniti6 years agoIs it normal for new shocks to be not too stiff?
hi,
I bought new KYB excel shocks for my car. I'm curious cause I can easily push in the piston by pressing the shock against the wall with my own hands. Is it normal cuz a car is much heavier and if the shocks aren't stiff at all, prolly they won't perform??? Please advise thanks
7 AnswersMaintenance & Repairs6 years agoCan car tune-up/service costs be counted toward a relocation expense?
I will have to move out of state pretty soon and I am thinking about driving. I will have to get a tune-up/service done on my car before the long distance drive. It would be great if these costs can be covered by the company under their relocation package which they are giving me.
Do you think they will cover it? Any experiences/ideas or suggestions are very welcome!!
Also, the mileage rate that companies pay includes the cost of gas or gas is paid separate on top of the mileage rate?
1 AnswerOther - Cars & Transportation7 years agoH1B transfer or green card via spouse?
Hi,
I have a valid H1B visa and currently employed full-time at company A.
I interviewed at company B and in case I am offered the job I would like to take it.
What will be the best course of action for me- a) transfer my h1b to company B or b) apply for green card since my wife is a US citizen?
How long will option b) take?
For option a), how soon will I be able to start work at company B? will I need to wait for USCIS receipt in order to start work?

I'm planning on a roadtrip from tx to Ohio in December for xmas break and I was curious if it will be a good idea. We will be passing by arkansas, tenesse and then ohio. I know we can run chances of seeing snow on our way and that may lead to traffic delays and stuff... May make the drive risky top. Do u guys recommend? Or does it not snow this time of the year??
