My parents bought a property and said me and my partner could rent it of them, but it would be an extra £100 per month than the property i am in now so i agreed as i really liked the house.

My dad asked my partner to paint it, it was a lot of work as it needed to be painted from the plaster and other repairs. My partner said how much should i charge, i said i dont no and i dont want to no, its my family and i dont want to get involved were money is concerned. My partner painted the house, he was doing his own job, coming home from work and doing that job he took a week of work and worked 12 hours a day, he really worked hard.

My dad offered him £600 for the work, my partner said that is a joke, now i am in the middle getting the blame, i am gutted and told my dad and partner that i wanted nothing to do with it because i new somebody wouldnt be happy. My dad has stopped talking to me and said he cant believe my partner would even charge him anything for it as im moving in the property and my partner said my dad has had him over.

Who is right, who is wrong and is their anything i can do so solve this.

How much a three bedroomed house would cost to paint and gloss from the bare plaster with three feature walls.. If you were doing it for family what would you charge? The house is two large bedrooms, o ne small , staircase large f err not room, medium dinning room and kitchen.

MY 16 year old daughter is doing her gcse exams she is in a relationship with an older girl and I have noticed she is so moody I can't talk to her or she gets an attitude and her grades are down. I confronted her about it and she got attitude again, so I was so sick of it I started shouting, all of a sudden we were in a fight, pulling her and slapping I called her some awful things, I was so angry. She left and went to my mams house.

Please can anyone give me advice on how to fix this, never in 16 years have I raised my hand or said the most awful things to my daughter. We were so close, have I lost her?

I do a lot of exercise but took 3 months out as i hurt my foot, i noticed on the 2nd month out that my lower back started hurting and always in the morning the pain would wake me up. I have started to exercise again and it is still hurting and now so is my lower stomach in the pelvic floor area, it also hurts more in the mornings as well. Ha anyone got any idea what this could be i am really worried.

I am on a counselling course and there is this women, she used to date the same guy as me (not at the same time) she constantly has little digs at how he said she was the best he ever had and digs about me wearing hair extensions and the way I look and my personality. I don't wear hair extensions, I no its sounds silly but I find it so annoying as she makes me out to be lying, she is so self absorbed and im starting to get sick of how shallow she is. I am engaged now I really don't care about the ex but she seems angry, bitter and twisted.

How should I deal with this?

I have new neighbours next door the lad is 21 and his partner is 19 they have 2 babies. They bang scream and shout al hours of the day and night. I asked them if they would please keep the noise down as my daughter is studying for her GCSE exams and I am studying counselling, they said it was their kids making the noise, yet 1 can't walk and other is not even 2 year's old.

I went back in my home and they made more nouse, then to top this of my daughter has now come home and said him next door has just been stood in his window staring at me. Should I phone the police ?

I have enrolled on a course and my ex's ex girlfriend is on the same course, even though they have been finished over a year she still wants 2 call him to me and seems to be in competition to be more popular and express herself, she is not a bad person but I feel uncomftable with her false act, I am really nice to her and treat her as good as the next person. What should I do to make her see I'm no threat? I'm happy with someone else and she no's this, so why is she acting so full on so she gets everyones full attention, this is a level 2 counselling course, I'm there to learn, she seems to be there to be heard.

The Dr prescribed me Cerazette , he said that it was good for Acne, then when I read up on the side affects it says it can cause Acne, I am worried about that as I used to suffer from Acne and don't want it to come back, also it says that weight gain is a side affect and I am just recovering from an eating disorder, the Dr read my medical records so he new this, so why has he decided to prescribe this pill? Do you think I should return to the Dr? I really don't want to start this pill im so worried.

This year has been so bad, I finally left my controlling relationship after my low life ex and his out of control rude ignorant son destroyed mine andy daughters holiday. I had a close friend who moved to Spain so why on holiday I wanted to visit her but my ex made sure it wasn't happening. Now I'm deverstated and wished I had been stronger because she was killed in a car crash. So for months iv stoppd exercising, I'm so down I feel in a hole I loved life I went to the gym every night. I just want to get my life back on track. Any good advice please to get me moving again.

So it was a 5 yr rocky relationship he was jealous posesive, angry and tried to bully me I ended up with no friends and have to start all over again but I don't care I just want him to leave me alone, I told him I'm nearly 40 yrs old and I'm not wasting no more time on him, now he comes to my door, phones me the strange thing is he doesn't ask me to take him back he makes excuses why he has turned up or is calling me. How do I get him out my life for good he lives round the corner from me and I just feel like I can't get rid of him.
