I'm not a morning person. I go to bed in the morning, so if I somehow wake up in the morning, stand clear. Music is vital, computers don't like me, scary movies are awesome (if made right), and friends rules, but mine rock. >:) Peace.

  • Is it normal to pay first months rent, plus prorated rent, when first months rent is NOT being counted toward the next full month?

I have already signed a lease with my boyfriend, and as this is our first place we were not the most prepared and are now wondering if this is normal:

I am due to move in September 21st, and pay for first months rent (first months rent being considered as September), plus the prorated rent (September 21st through 30th). So the first full months rent we will be paying is September for $755 (Even though we will only be there for ten days in September), and NOT October, which we will then have to pay ten days later on October 1st, $755 again.

So on September 21st we are expected to pay $755 for rent, $252 for prorated rent, plus the security deposit of $725, for a total of $1632 since we get $100 we payed to hold the apartment go toward move in day. And then just ten days later, $755 for the whole of October.

Is this allowed? If it isn t, am I still locked into this lease? We have the funds and are not backing out either way, but I would like to know my options anyways. Thank you!

  • Questions about becoming an LVN?

I'm a senior in high school and I want to get my license as a vocational nurse. The community college I was planning on (Citrus Community in Glendora, CA) has a good program. The thing is the only reeeaal requirement is taking one prerequisite (NRS 100). Then they pick about 20 to 25 students that did the best in that class, and I think there's room for 100 in the class. I found this out from looking online and calling the nursing counselor.

So my question is, is every class this competitive? I thought as long as I passed the test to get my license I was good to go, but apparently it's a challenge just to get into the program. Is every program designed this way?

I knew it wasn't easy when I decided I wanted to be an LVN, but those chances didn't really reassure me. I guess I'm wondering if there's anything I can do to help my chances on just getting into the program? I was already expecting to take other general ed classes prior to NRS 100 that pertain to nursing.

  • Help with some pretty simple chemistry?

So I have a worksheet that asks:

How many protons are found in 12C 13C 13C- (The numbers and minus sign are supposed to be smaller and in the upper corners)

    How many neutrons?

    How many electrons?

Based on the model, what do all carbon atoms (and ions) have in common?

I know this is really simple, my heads just not working right now.

I'm not looking for just the answers, a little explanation would be lovely. Thank you!

  • Help with writing a proof for my geometry homework?

So far I have that line AC is congruent to line CD, the reason is given, line BC is congruent to line BC by reflexive property. Then under statements its says BC is perpendicular to AD, I do not know what to put under reasons. And then it has triangle ABC is congruent to triangle DBC, and I don't know what to put under reasons for that either.

Thanks for your help, sorry if I wrote this confusing.

So yeah, all through middle school I was on home hospital care and basically didn't have PE... this year I am a freshman in high school and due to the same health issues I was in home hospital care for I didn't take PE. I'm out of shape. I'm worried about the tests next week. Anyone know what can help? Seriously, I run freakishly, and it hurts to run, I have zero coordination, poor balance... all that lovely stuff. And I also can't do push ups for crap. It tires me out to do just ten of them... WHAT CAN I DO IF NOT TO HELP ME MAGICALLY BE ABLE TO PASS THIS THEN TO GIVE ME LESS STRESS!?!?

  • How do I go about this?

Okay so I'm going to Disneyland this weekend. I'm going with two friends from school and when my other friend (who is an adult so I guess family friend would be more appropriate) found out she invited herself, which is completely fine with me because she is my Disney Buddy and I always go with her and she offered to drive. I want to invite another friend who I had originally planned on going with but she forgot and I reminded her. But now my Disney Buddy doesn't want her to (I had to ask her because she would be the one driving the two of us and we would meet with the other two when we got there) go because there would be on odd man out? I don't know what that is, she just said that. But I don't think it's fair because she invited herself in a way and was fine with it until there was more people coming. I just want everyone to have fun, WHAT DO I DO!?!?

  • How to get my little brother off my case?

Okay so I have been putting up with his sh*t all day and I need to study for finals so it's REALLY not helping. I can't lock myself in my room because he can unlock the doors and when he doesn't unlock the doors he bangs on them and rattles the doornobs or body slams the door (he's broken several doors in the house). In the living room he comes out and starts hitting me with pillows and making loud, obnoxious noises like a mentally challenged kid, and throwing blankets on me or pretending to hit me with clickers or stealing my phone. The reason I have to be in the living room is because my science teacher puts a bunch of stuff to study online and I have ZERO connection in my room, and the videos don't work and pages don't load and I can't watch any power points. He got a new video game but even so he still finds the time between the matches to piss me off. I've tried asking nicely, talking calmly, ignoring him and guess what? IT DOESN'T WORK, SO PLEASE DON'T TELL ME TO IGNORE HIM BECAUSE HE BEATS ME UP (he may be younger but he's huge and stronger) AND THAT'S KINDA OF HARD TO IGNORE. I've dealt with this crap for twelve years now and I seriously started crying today because I get so frusterated and stressed. So what can I do to maybe keep him busy or distract him? No I can't go to my parents, they always get mad at me and say to ignore it or not let it bother me even though he physically hurts me and sometimes my dad helps but he's out of town and my mom just gets mad at me and gets in a really, really angry mood. So the adults aren't doing anything and I need to keep him entertained, what do I do?

  • Can someone send me a link to a website like this?

I'm looking for a website that gives you a list of colleges (in the US) and shows you what they are good for if that makes sense. Like if one is good for nursing or if one is great for marine biology. Along with other information about the colleges, like acceptance rate and what not. So if you could direct me to a site it would be awesomely appreciated.

  • How do you pronounce this? (it's Latin)?

    anime perierunt

It means lost souls or souls perished (if I'm wrong, please correct me and/or complain to google translate). I've no idea how to pronounce it though.

  • What to call the bad guys in a story?

So it's far into the future and one night the whole world is almost destroyed by this white light that made everything shake and there was a high pitch noise. No one knows what happened, but it left a lot of people on Earth dead and damaged the ozone layer, so from then on there was less and less life on Earth, even plants and what not. The main character was somehow effected by the light (and the story takes place years after that night) and now has some abilities (strength, fighting skills, fire starting, and some more). The bad guys of the story are basically people who possibly caused the white light incident and altered themselves into having powers. So the main character is kind of like half human and half one of them, but is the good guy.

I wanna know what to name the bad guys. Like a nickname for the good guys to call them. Thank you!
