  • Baby's Ashes?

So I had a baby that died. Asked my mother in law to pick up her ashes because I was in the hospital still. She picked them up but also put the ashes in an urn without first consulting with me. How should I feel about this? I'm truly offended and don't think it was her place.

  • 11 weeks, bleeding and cramping?

12 hrs ago, my lower back began to ache. Not long after this I started cramping. I later noticed some bloody mucus on my underwear. Before I went to bed the cramping (intermit., spasm like that comes and goes) gradually got stronger. I was awakened with strong cramping and Im bleeding more. Folks, Im not a doctor but I think this is the onset of a miscarriage. Your thoughts? Im requesting that responses be limited to individuals who have had miscarriages.

  • subtle signs of pregnancy discrimination or losing my mind?

I'm a manager for a popular restaurant chain. I've been with the company almost one year and have moved up fairly quickly. I started in a lower position and was promoted almost right away. Everything was going great...Until the day I revealed that I was newly pregnant. Suddenly I was transferred to another (less desirable and poorly operated) store. Two weeks later, I was again transferred to a store that has a history of not being able to retain managers at my level. Not long after starting, I was accused of being $400 short in my cash. Never had these issues in any other store. A few days later, I was accused of not locking the store down or setting the security alarm. Very odd and very sensitive details to miss. Am I losing my mind or does it seem like pregnancy discrimination at one of its most subtle forms?
