Some background: I've been seeing this masseuse for a year and she's great. She always helps relieve pain. I've also been doing back exercises and yoga to stretch.

Today my massage therapist did a deep tissue massage and a few hours later, walking, my back felt really stiff and sore. Is this normal? I took an Excedrin for the pain and I'm laying down.

Hi, I'm a junior in high school currently and I have been thinking about what to do after I graduate. I know most people go to college immediately, but I'm wondering, are there benefits to taking a gap year?

I have severe anxiety. I get panic attacks nearly every day and a lot of them happen in class. I know how to calm down, but I can't stop it before it starts, it seems.

I have always been into school. Since I was little, my favorite thing has been homework and going to school. Now, it's taken over my life.

I go to an audition-only arts school where the kids are generally smarter than average and also have a major. I'm in the average group of kids when it comes to understanding classes.

However, I cannot stop worrying. I'm wondering what are the pros/cons of taking a gap year?

I recently broke my foot and have missed a lot of school, so my grades have gone down drastically. I have a D, which I don't get ever. I'm a 4.0 student usually because, again, school is all I do.

Should I take a gap year?
