I have a dog which is a poodle/shih-tzu mix who is usually calm, quiet, happy, and friendly....until you try to take him into a bathroom or pick him up.

He becomes kind of, well, viscous. He growls aggressively and tries to bite or scratch the person who tries to pick him up. It's weird.

He also seems to be scared of my dad or something but we've never really punished or hit him. I don't know why he acts like this when he has a temperament that's exactly opposite.

Can you help me? I would like any info as to why he acts viscous in that one situation yet is completely calm and happy the rest of the time. Any advice to what we can do about this will also help.

Separated from his mom at: over 8 weeks old

I'm 14, turning 15 in 4 days and I am a freshman.

I have a brother who is 11 and all his life he's had some issues. Doctors can't figure out what's wrong and nor can we. Over the last couple years his behavior has become more problematic and severe to the point where we don't know what to do anymore and feel like giving up. My dad can't handle it anymore and feels he is either going to send my brother into foster care, going to kill himself or my brother, or he's going to go crazy soon. The education system is messed up and don't want to really care about or help take care of my brother, and this is all creating really bad marriage and family problems and is too much for any of us to handle. I really need help and advice on what to do.

My brother is a 6th grader and has been to 4-5 schools already and we have tried medications and psychiatrists and everything. I'm in desperate need of help and someone who cares.

Going on Yahoo! Answers may not be the smartest, but I want to try everything to keep my family sane and together...

I've been through enough depression and stress in my life and I don't want to be depressed again/anymore.

I'm also going to try to ask the counselor at my high school for any additional help/advice.

I just finished watching Kaichou Wa Maid Sama and it was such a cute anime!

I want more animes like this, and I've already watched Gauken Alice, Shugo Chara, Ouran High School Host Club, Special A, Yumeiro Patissiere, and Yumeiro Patissiere Special, and LOVED EVERY ONE TO BITS.

I love animes that have to do with school life and really cute yet unexpected romances<3

Romance, comedy & school life would be the ideal anime for me, or anything along those lines.
