My children were taken about 4 months ago. They said it was i because I didnt supervise them which is a lie. They have lied to the court several times. In the last 9 months my whole life has turned upside down. I have lost my kids and have gotten divorced. I found someone that is good to me but he has a criminal past for recieving stolen property. My dilema is this, we want to move in together but i will not have him jeoperdize getting my kids back. On the other hand i actually kind of need to move in with him because i do not make enough to afford a place on my own. Suggestions??? BTW it could be months before CPS will even let my oldest come home (he is in foster care and my other 2 are with their father).

My husband and I have been married for almost 5 yrs, each of us has a son from a prior relationship. But my husband is my son's dad, as well as his son calls another man dad, and we have two kids together. Here is the issue, my mother in law thinks that it is ok to take my kids over to the mother of his sons house. I dont have a problem with her, but I feel like our worlds should not co-exist.
