Okay, I just ran a 12.9 second 100m dash in my tennis shoes, on my homemade gravel track (unpacked, so it's rather slippery). I had a concrete pillar on the ground acting as a starting block, and I pushed off with one foot. With those conditions in mind, I have a few questions:

1. How fast do you think I could run a 100m on a proper track, with spikes?

2. Since this is one of the first times I've ever run a 100m, and I've never trained in track, how much could I improve my time in one year?

I'm 17 and white, and I'm in decent shape.

Basically what I'm wondering is if the castings on the Colt Series 70 and 1991 pistols are the same specs as those on the original 1911's (manufactured during WWII). My ultimate goal is to use a 1911 .22 conversion kit on whatever modern 1911-type I buy.

I have a 1080p HD video file recorded with a Sanyo camera that plays fine in Quicktime, but when I try to open it in Windows Media Player or VLC, it plays the audio, but no video. Is this a common problem in Sanyo cameras, and how would I go about fixing it? I have never had any problems playing MP4's in any of my media players before, so this is a new phenomenon.

Note: I am using Windows 7 Ultimate.

I am thinking about buying a Suzuki DR-Z400S (the dual sport model). It has a seat height of 36.8 inches. I am 5' 8" and I have an inseam of 32 inches. Will I be able to ride the bike?

I have an .asf file that I want to convert to .mp3. What is a good FREE program that I can use to accomplish this? A link would be nice. :)

I need a program with which I can clarify a DVD resolution (480p) video file. The video is low quality and slightly out of focus. Up-scaling is unnecessary; I just want to bring some sharpness to the video. Any suggestions? (A link would be helpful, if possible.)
