?

I pre-ordered the collectors edition of Batman Arkham City around 2 weeks ago and I paid the balance off that day. My problem is that I haven't been able to pick it up yet. My car is in broken mode right now and I've called Gamestop, but I keep getting put on hold. Will my game still be there? I know normal reservations with only $5 dollars down are only held for something like 48 hours, but I've already paid it off completely. I would think that since I've paid it off already, its already mine and they can't get rid of it. Or can they? I just don't want them to run out of collectors editions and me get screwed out of getting it because of my transportation issue. I'd appreciate any help I can get.
