Hello My Name is Yaseen and I live in Tripoli Libya and I like Astronomy and i have a 60mm telescope with a 700mm focal length and three eyepieces (12.5mm,8mm,4mm) and I didn't have any problem seeing Jupiter and its four moons but now i wanna see Andromeda but i couldn't find it i downloaded Stellarium it gave me the correct Azimuth of the moon but the wrong altitude so I amended my telescope at the Azimuth from Stellarium of Andromeda and I started Changing the Altitude from 80 degrees to 0 and a didn't see anything so i want to know if the problem is my telescope or my observing

I have a Bushnell Voyager With Sky tour mine is a 60mm refractor telescope and it has a 700mm focal length and i have a 12.5mm 8mm and 4mm eyepieces that means i have a magnification of (x56) or (x87.5) or x(175) is that enough to view the north pole of mars and the ring of Saturn

I bought my first telescope and i can see the moon very clearly . my telescope is a Bushnell Voyager telescope

and i want to know if it can be used to see mars and Jupiter in some times or i have to get a bigger telescope to see it i don't care about the details i see i just want to know can i see it or not
