I've kind of always just naturally had a thigh gap, but recently I heard that the bigger you're thigh gap is, the looser you're vagina is. is that true?

i had a cystic zit but i picked at it and now the puss is still in there because i couldnt get it out and its also scabbed over. the scabs shallow but i need to heal the skin and get the puss out because it hurts a lot. it doesnt have a head and its not anywhere close to forming one.
