I'm about to help out people with a horse who has never had any training. The was just broken in and ridden, that's it.

No I heard that this horse randomly decides to stop in the middle of the field and refuses to move. Crops don't work. Leg pressure doesn't work. Leading him doesn't work. It is so bad that the workers have to remove the tack and walk home.

How can I start training this horse to solve the problem?

For three days I've been having quite an interesting headache. I would get this sharp pain in the left side of my neck that is SO sharp that my head actually twitches to the side.

And after that I have a headache only on my left side from the back of my head to just above my eyebrow.

My chaps and gloves have been losing colour form several outrides and washes.Can I dye them black again? Would it damage or shrink my chaps and gloves? (I only know hot water dye) My chaps are of a spongy-like material.

I don't know what I want to study, but i really love horses!

Will Equine Dentistry or Therapy be a good choice? (I mean like how is the course and will I be able to make a living?)

Any other recommendations that are horse related?

My cousin owns a friesian colt. She was lunging him in the bullring with a saddle and side reigns.

I was wondering what does it mean if the saddle pommel is so high up?

I thought that it can be because he basically has no withers or that the saddle is too small?

I own an 18 inch narrow tree saddle.

The narrow tree is to fit the horse's back, right?

And the 18 inches for the rider?

This is what I understand about the saddle sizes. If I'm wrong please correct me!

My reason for asking this is because I must use it on a leased horse and the horse is a bit bigger than a pony.

I'll be going on a horse fun ride on the weekend of the 22nd. I'll be riding with a horse that I've never seen before. The horse is leased from a game reserve. Thy own about 100 horses.

They told me that I must bring my own tack. The bits I have are:

1. Fullcheeck linked snaffle

2. Low port pelham

Which would be the best to use? I'm afraid to use a snaffle since I don't know the horse. I'm afraid that the horse might not react very good to the contact of the snaffle even though i don't like using pelhams.

I own a Saddler who is currently training with me in dressage. I got him when he was 6 years wild and we are a great team! He hasn't showed yet, but I need to have a show name for him soon. His name now is Zandor. He's a bay with a white spot on his forehead. I'd like the show name to have "Zandor" in it. He's a copper-yellow-red colour in summer and in winter a very dull brown. His sire's name is Braveheart, his dam I don't know anything of.

There's this guy who always texts me to hang out, but my mother is strict. She's always forbidding me to walk with him around town as a date.
