Ok so all these different things started happening to me over the weekend, to start off I'm 36 weeks. My baby dropped about 3 weeks ago. I don't know if I'm dialated or effaced as my doctor hasn't done a pelvic exam since I was 10 weeks along. I just don't feel right, like I don't feel like myself. I can barely breath, my stools went from 3 times a week to 3 times a day, I just feel overall nauseated. Friday I had a back pain that lasted from 7pm to 2am and didn't ease up once. My belly is hard as a rock constantly (doesnt hurt just a tad uncomfortable) Saturday morning when I woke up I felt like I had been drugged or something. The closest thing I can compare the feeling to was when I was 10 I overdosed on cough syrup. My skin was tingly, there was a ringing in my ears, my head was throbbing and I had night sweats but was cold....anyone know what the heck is wrong with me??? I'm not having contractions so that's a plus. This is my second pregnancy but with my first I didn't have a single pregnancy symptom, my water broke, labor was a piece of cake (didn't even need a epidural), end of story. This pregnancy however has been horrible.

im looking for a website or place to buy a cheap used engine. ive been to the local salvage yards and theres plenty of them there but its way too hot out to have one pulled. a heat advisory has been out for the last week where i live so i dont even want to ask to pay someone to pull one in this weather. so if someone knows of a place in the missouri area that already has them out of the vehicle or a website that sells some under 600 please let me know.

ok so i bought a manual 2000 cavalier febuary 20th 2012 and it is now april 10th 2012 and ive replaced the fuel pump 3 times, i just got my car out of the shop two days ago and once again it is spuddering like before and is about to go out yet again...i cant keep this car running for more then 2 weeks. why does it keep going bad? my tank is clean by the way

on febuary 15th i had my front driver side wheel bearing replaced. about a week ago i started hearing this very quiet clunking noise coming from thd front driver side tire. it started off quiet and barely noticable and only did it when coming to a stop but now today march 14th it does it when i accelerate and slow down and is very loud. as in i can hear it over my radio. any ideas?

my chihuahua gave birth 2 days ago and i helped her thru it and cut the umbilical cords myself cause she was biting them off a little too short and since she had them she has been liking at them and ive been preventing it so she wouldnt break them off. i just checked the pups cords and she ate them!?! their not bleeding or anything they look fine but what can happen? cant they get a hernia or worst? what should i do?

i dont think this is normal although i have never had implantation bleeding before im sure this isnt suppose to happen.

the first day of my last period was the 15th of september my cycles are every 30 days. i ovulated the 1st. a opk confirmed my ovulation so me and my husband attempted conception. on the 9th i had pinkish spotting which i expected cause the 9th is when implantation was suppose to occur. on the 10th bleeding picked up a little but no pads were needed it is now the 11th and i am clotting from hell, and i have never had a clot in my life and i have always had regular periods. everyone says implantation bleeding is light and pinkish in color, i have only found few people who had heavy bleeding and thats cause they were pregnant with multiples but i havent found any stories where people clot while implantation bleeding. is this normal? i know everyone is different but my blood is orange/brown color and i have probably had over 50 clots come out today. anyone know what is going on with me? i wasnt expecting this. i assumed when attemptnig to get pregnant i may have mild bleeding and cramps, not this?!?

i had court this morning for a protective custody case because my daughter had been removed from my custody by the state. the hearing today was a hearing where they decide if there was good cause for removal or not, and i had requested a continuance so i could get a lawyer and he denied it so therefore i was left representing myself. the judge then asked me if i had anything to show him and i said yes i have evidence that your allegations are wrong and i went to hold up the evidence and he closed his eyes shook his head and said were done for today. NONE OF THIS SEEMS FAIR!!!

ok ill try to put as much detail as i can into this but here my problem,

i live in linn county missouri and i had my daughter removed from my home september 15th. what happened was my daughter is special needs and has medical needs, her medicaid was messed up so i couldnt take her to the doctor until i got it fixed that way i wouldnt have some huge bill (medicaid sucks here in missouri). dfs came over and evaluated my daughter and the home and said she was well taken care of, looked healthy and she was in a good home and then gave me a paper stating that they found that my daughter wasnt in any danger. an hour later they came back WITHOUT a court order and took my daughter. im pretty sure this whole situation is conflict of interest because my other 3 sisters and my brother are/were involved with dfs because of there special needs children (my family seems to have genetic problems) they have been fighting them off for 2 and a half years now. my personal opinion they are discriminating on me and my siblings and my mothers past, not to mention we all have the same case worker and some of us dont even live in the same county. none of this seems right to me but not sure if they are in the wrong or not. i refuse to get an appointed lawyer and they didnt seem to like that when i went to court today. remember i live in missouri so please dont answer about laws in another state thanks

ok i have a 2 years old who is disabled and requires 24/7 care. and i am looking for a house loan or some kind of special program that would give me a loan. but heres the problem division of family services wont let me get a job because of her condition, she needs 24 hour care so i am just living off of my daughters ssi check which is 774 a month and im tired of having to live with family i want my own house, but i dont know of any places that would give a loan with just a 774 a month income any help is much appreciated

ok so i did something really really stupid...i was looking for an ipad 2 to purchase and well i found one that was at 600 dollars with like 48 bids on it. it was titled (ipad2 wifi 32gb info) i wasnt really concerned about it being used or new so i hurried up and bid on it and won it at the last second for 670 dollars. i proceeded to checkout and paid the guy. well the next day i was reading the listing and it said these exact words ........(Please Read above, this auction is only for information. i cant figure out what this movie is called its about a little girl and her brother and mom move to this new house and there is a playhouse in the back yard and the little girl is friends with these invisible troll looking things that only she can see and they like try to kill them in the end and her mom makes the little girl go to psycho doctor and i think the little girl had like blonde hair

ok so i get ssi for my daughter in the amount of 674 which is the highest you can get but is there something else i can get for being her payee cause 674 just doesnt pay the rent electricity water propan and other bills...i tried to get a job but they warned me that if i got a job she wouldnt qualify for her medicaid and i would have to pay everything myself....she has 6 therapist and they each get a little over a hundred per visit and they see her once a week so thats alot of money if she didnt qualify for medicaid...so even if i did get a good job there is no way i would be able to afford 6 therapist plus the 5 specialist doctors she see's and her first steps instructor along with her medical supplies...all that has to add up to at least 5000 a month not including my bills and her feeding machine alone is 1500...i need help please point me in a direction of financial aid or a grant or something thanks

oh where do i start....i have had mirena iud for 19 months and have had the following symptoms in the last week and a half

abdomen pain

tiredness

gas

back pain

weight gain from hell

and for god sakes i cannot put down the fork

i do not have heartburn or tenderness in breast like i did with my last pregnancy

i would just go get a pregnancy test but my car is broke down and my whole family is out of state so give some opinions cause i have no idea what the rate of pregnancy is with mirena and if people actually get prego with it

i went to bed one night perfectly fine and woke up with really bad abdomen pain all over left and right side, upper and lower. im in pain ALL day. this is going on for the third day now and i still have the pain. its so bad i cant even walk right, i am having trouble getting up and sitting down...i went looking for answers online and the first thing that popped up was abdomenal pain with mirena iud and well i have one and have had it for a little over a year...could this be the cause? on the mirena website it says if you have persistant abdomen pain or pelvic pain seek medical attention because it could be pelvic inflammatory disease but i dont have pelvic pain just abdomen pain...any answers are appreciated

i was living in a low income apartment and never missed rent or any other bills but they evicted me for allowing my daughter dad to stay the weekend for christmas and not telling them....anyway they gave me a eviction notice and had the police there and gave me the paper...the paper said i was being evicted for the following reason and that i had to be moved out by feb 28th by midnight and any stuff left in the apartment would be sold....and today which is the 12th they changed my locks and selling my stuff and i have about roughly 10000 dollars worth of stuff there mostly baby furniture anyway if they procede to sell the stuff can i sue them cause its only the 12th

my daughter had a diaper rash and one of the bumps came open so i treated it with aquaphore but i notice her diaper had green puss in it so i looked at her bottom and she has a hard, dark red, bump and its pussing really bad...any way she could have gotten staph infection from urine or poop?

i am submitting my resume in for a movie but if i could fax it instead of email or mail it id rather do that but i dont wanna fax it if it would be a unprofessional thing to do thanks
