I am getting ready to buy a new laptop and I want one for everyday use- email, burn/read CDs and DVDs, multitasking- but I want a laptop with internet built into it. I am not technology-literate (obviously) so I need help in finding the right computer for me. I don't need the Bentley of laptops, but something that is reliable and worth the money I will pay for it. I have had an HP for 6 years and would like to stay with that brand... Just need help with brands that carry built-in wireless access if HP doesn't... Thanks :)

Erythromycin is given for antibiotic therapy... However, physicians on a Med/Surg floor prescribe erythromycin for other reasons... What are they?

Most of the women in my family have ultra fine thin hair. As do I. I have been using Nioxin therapy (shampoo and conditioner) for the past 6 months. It seems to be working, but not too long ago I had a color job that went wrong and broke off a lot of my hair, so if it's getting thicker, I can't really tell.

My hairdresser tells me to use a bristle brush and to use it about 4x a day to stimulate blood flow to my scalp thus helping it grow more.

Is there ANYTHING else I can do to make my hair thicker or grow more of it? I hate seeing so much of my scalp all the time :(

Last Monday I colored my hair. I used Garnier Nutrisse Soft Mahogany (the shade just before going black) and used it according to the directions. My hair came out a little bit darker than I wanted and I would like to know how to lighten it without recoloring, and preferrably something I can do at home that doesn't cost an arm and a leg.

I have fine/thin hair and need to be kind to it!!!

What's the best way to get over a guy... and I don't mean getting plastered and shacking up with some guy- trust me, it doesn't work.

It's just that it's been 1.5 years since we broke up and I'm ready to not care for him anymore--- but how do you flip that switch?

My 5 year-old daughter has fielded some questions in the past regarding her father who hasn't been around since she was a week old. He's not a very good man, one I'd prefer to not ever see or hear from again, for my daughter's sake. I have always planned on telling her the truth, but for some reason I never thought about what to tell her at 5; just what to say when she was 25 and wanted the *real* reason.

I just have a feeling that the question "Why don't I have a daddy" is just around the corner and I have no idea how to explain the situation to a 5 year-old. I want to give her a reason that she can understand, but doesn't leave her blaming herself for not having a daddy (beacuse that's the first thing kids do). I need something simple and truthful but something that won't leave her feeling bad...

I have a Gateway computer with a webcam built in. I have been trying for days to figure out how to get my webcam on messenger to work but to no avail. My camera software works fine, but I can't put the two together... I am trying to do this to communicate with someone in the military in Afghanistan. If anyone has tips, PLEASE let me know :)
