I know that I need base x height. I have the length of the top part it is 16. And the diagonal part is , so how do I find the hieght?

So in class we were talking about the holocaust, and I was telling them the conspiracy I heard that Israel really did the holocaust, and that Hitler was really a communist working for the soviets to help them make the thousand year old country israel one of there allies by making the jews escape there with soviet help? Why do they think he has ANY control in his country. Just because he is named president doesn't mean its the same thing. There is something called a Supreme Leader in Iran who chooses who eelcts the president, commands the army and does everything, his name is Ali Khamenei and in all the media here I've never heard anything about him. It seems more likely everyday that the USA and other nations will have no choice but to abolish the Islamic Republics rulers, I was thinking if/when they attack I would say there is a very good chance that the iranian people attack along with them, every man in that country has been through 2-4 years of mandated soldier training by the current regime, I think the people will revolt aginst therte own government and the US will appoint former crown prince Reza Pahlavi as the new president/prime minister as iran, what do you think?

What wrokouts should I do to put on muscle mass? What should I eat? I go to the gym about 3 times a week for a month and my weight has gone from 105-113 since I started. I am 14 113 lbs and 5'6. I can bench 110 pounds about twice.
