Im constantly obsessing and worrying over things, making up scenarios in my head when really there is nothing to worry about. Im scared my friends have secrets behind my back, (when really they are the most loyal friends i can have) scared ill mess up everything within my life, and so so paranoid and frightened everyone is going to leave me,so i get so attatched to people, unable to even sit by myself for 5 or 10 mins. so i literally just let everyone walk all over me in life in the hope that nobody turns their back on me. Such paranoia and fear is getting me down so much, i am constantly in distress, and over emotional. Everything and anything upsets me, i dont understand why im like this and it is taking over my life.

My best friend has done so much for me recently, and i really eant to write her a long paragraph explaining how grateful i am, but have no idea what to put? I really want her to know how much i love and appreciate her, what can i say to really touch her?

I have known him around 7/8 years, since we were children really, and its been a hi/bye thing.

Recently over the last year or so, we have gotten close and this boy has helped me overcome as previous bad relationship, and we have an incredible bond, i never expected for me to fall for him

The problem is , he is the socially akward type, which is why we speak closely on text mainly. I often catch him glancing at me. and i know im the only close female friend he has, as he does not have confidence to talk to others. its mainly me who does the flirting, but he does sometimes comply. I cant just confess my feelings as im scared im friend zoned, and it could ruin our friendship. but a part of me thinks he likes me back because of how open he is with me on text, but is too shy to approach face to face. what should i do?

I am 18 years old and my sister is 20. We have never got on, only in the last 5-6 years the bickering has unfortunatly turned into deep arguments, where vile and poisonous things are said to one-another. I despise her for all the things she has done to me, such as false accusations, and not being there for her little sister. She loves to see me get into hardship, and plays awful mind games. Recently my parents seperated, which was party down to my sister, siding with my mother and driving my father out which has also lead to me to resent my sister. I have prayed namaaz to the best i can, but our situation is showing no signs of improvement. I despise her, and she despises me. We have tried many times to resolve out issues but there is no speaking to her, she flies completely off the handle, and I a for one, hate people who cannot control their anger. In my opinion , and several other family ,members opinion, she is an absoloutely vile human being. But from this, I would like to know what I can do. to stop feeling so down about the situation, and whether or not it would be best too completely cut my sister off for all the pain she has caused me, or keep it civil, for my parents sake?

I dont use the account, as it is a savings account and cannot rememeber where i put the card. But now i want to access this account, i have to report the card as missing. Do i need anything apart from my name/address in order to do this? I am planning on going to a hsbc branch

my best friend says they trust me with their life, and that our trust has tacken years to build. I believe trust is more than just "keeping a secret", but im not entirely sure what they mean when they say they trust me with their life? what do you class as trust in a friendship? we have been best friends for around 6,7 years.

Unfortunatly I have developed feelings for my best friend, a sin which i have repented, i never planned for this to happen we have been friends since chilhood, yet now i see him as something more. i have begged allah to resist my urges towards this married man, i have no idea what to do i feel if i told him , it would ruin his perception of me but if i didnt tell him, in a few months he would have to stop speaking to me and i would be absoloutely broken, He says he is still maintaing a friendship with me as he dosent want the guilt of hurting anyone before he goes into the official married life when his wife moves in, i feel envious every time he mentions his wife. Me and my male friend have an amazing friendship. We have been friends more than 8 years, right from our childhood up until now and he has been there through my hardest times. We have an incredible friendship , i really feel he is my soulmate and life honestly is not the same without him. (we had a period of time where we didnt speak for around 7 months)

I am now 17, and have not felt any maternal love from my mother. She has neglected her duties as a mother: hasnt ever been there for me emotionally (e.g her divorce from my father) she , hasnt taught me the basics of life, i had to learn lifes all harsh lessons by myself which i strongly resent her for. know it sounds strange but growing up and observing her behaviour, my opinion of her has worsened and though I try to control my emotion - From a young age I have seen her abusing my father and treating such a lovely kind man with such direspect. Now they are divoced, she puts on this "act", her excuse for not solving family domestics is she will get a "panic attack" and she pretends to be seriously ill, when in fact she has made everybody else ill with her bitter personality, and she now holds up an act in order to gain sympathy. She was born muslim, yetfailed to guide us islamically. She is having an affair, whilst she was married to my dad and now after, they also commit zina.She also severely direspects her own mother, I have no respect for her whatsoever as she has done nothing for me? She is such a horrible terrible mother and I have no idea how to respond? How can i respect someone who dosent respect me, and who dosent fulfill her duties as a parent? My father is an excellent parent and I have no resentment towards him, only my terrible mother

I have loved him for many years, we are both 18 years old, and he is in a haram relationship with a different girl, since we stopped speaking 2 years ago, he has started smoking weed as well as drinking alcohol. I know he is so far from his deen and it breaks my heart to see this person I love so much destroying before my eyes, yet I feel so helpless. He wont speak to me , he hates me, yet loves his haram girlfriend. I always keep him in my sincere duas, and hope Allah helps him overcome his struggle. Yet I have been doing this for many months (around 9) and he has not yet improved his charachter, he seems to be getting worse day by day. I have no idea what to do because I love him so much.
