Hey so i just started a job and i as GIS intern with my City. One of my projects is to creat a map. My map will be very detailed but in i will explain what it is suppose to do.

I need to make a map of cameras and secured doors. so i am suppose to map and when i click the camera icon it will show me live footage and also i can alos open our sites elected doors thru tthe map.

is there away i can make a hyperlink si i can do all this stuff.
