Does a Canadian ship captain have the power to marry people?
It seems that ship captains have the authority to marry depending on the country. can anyone specify if canadian ship captains have this authority?
although i am not looking to get married any time soon, as a person who hasn't really subscribed to any religion or faith, being married on a boat by a captain sounds pretty bad *** to me.

I crashed my car hard enough to set the air bags off. the car still starts but there was fluid leaking out. I couldn't tell what colour it was but someone at the site of the crash suspected it was anti-freeze. The car is currently in an impound lot 12.3km from an auto wrecker (according to map quest a 17 min drive). Can I make it before my car seizes? Someone suggested driving for 5min, letting the car cool, drive for 5 more min, letting the car cool... thoughts?
lastly, is there a chance my car will set fire? i crashed it with a full gas tank and i'd rather not be in the car if it's going to explode. hahaha
