my task bar has moved to the right side and runs vertical. I want it back to the bottom (under open windows). If I hover over the edge it will allow me to expand the bar to the center of my desktop but will not allow me to pull it down no matter where I grab it (arrows show side to side only). no arrows show if my cursor is at the top or bottom. my task bar is not locked and there is nothing I can see which asks where I want it. how do I return the the task bar to the bottom?
