K, there's three people involved I'll call them: boy, ***** and me/myself. First of all you can tell I dot like *****. Both me and ***** like boy. Got it. Boy is a big two face, ;) just saying. ***** is all over boy and writing things on his fb wall sain that she loves him and stuff. Noone else know this but I know that ***** has a said life and is bullied an stuff, so I do feel some empathy for her. ***** thinks that boy likes her, he's also saying this stuff back to her but when boy and I talk, he complains about her and says some pre mean stuff bout her. Im not the flirty kind so I don't throw mysel outguess like she does but boy and I were almost dating this summer then we didn't see eachother for a month. I'm pre shire that ***** knows that I like boy so she is trying to make me jelly. I'm downright pissed at her. What can I do . I want to tell ***** about that boy is twofaces and absolutely hatesher but I know that will crutch her dreams. I really like boy and I don. Want to hurt him or ***** in any way. Also I don't want to get my feelings hurt. I'm very shy and feel devistqted if anything happens. Also boy doesent what to go out with someone at he moment so it's really weird and ***** is makein I. Painfully odvious!

For track and field this year I am trying out for both 400 and 800m. The last two days I " ran around our school" which is practically 800m, my time yesterday was 2:55 and today it was 2:26. On the first day I had took I fairly easy, and today i tried almost to my full potenshill (idk how to spell that word). I found out that the last 150m I still had energy and found that manny of the "big tall and strong" boys were passing me. I came to the conclusion that I cannot sprint. Now I am worried that for the last 150m during SPAA (the track meet) people will pass me, like the boys did in class. I am competing at the grade 8 girls category and I would like some advise on how to run around the school faster and how to sprint at the end. Thanks, Tara

this is kinda hard to explane but, i can't get free songs on itunes, i used livewire, frostwire, and mp3 rocket, when i download the song on there is showes up on the side saying "shared owners..." the ... is where whatever i tryed to use to get the songs on my itunes. i just got an new computer like a year ago, and its windows 7, is there anny way to get the songs onto my "music" so i can put it on my ipod

Help I have very long hair and I can not keep it out of the way at night, it is sooooooooooooooooo annoying because a ponytail is to bulky and if I just put it down it gets in my face and headbands slip and my hair still gets In my face will try almost anything except chopping off my hair or cutting it short. How bad is a period? I am now 12and started worrying about this stuff. I get discarge about every 3 or 4 days I have a- cup boobs. I am 11 and I do not have my period but I have really bad cramps my mom said I am going to have my period. I have hade this twice now (once in feb. And once now). Am I going to be ok, and is there anny way to stop the cramps!!!!!!!!!!!¡ help!
