  • Can someone take legal action if?

You are solicited by the party (asked your belief or opinion) and they found what you had to say either offensive or discriminatory? Or even called it verbally abusive?

Location: united states (Oregon to be precise)

This is purely hypothetical, so feel free to extrapolate if such an action could result in legal action and explain how or why.

    Thanks

  • What is the implications of unfossilized dinosaur bones and ...?

    Source: http://www.answersingenesis.org/creation/v14/i3/di...

I was browsing this site and found this article interesting. From a biological standpoint, what are the implications of unfossilized dinosaur bones and remnants of red blood cells?

On another note, I came across another article (link escapes me at the moment >:I ) that states 100 million year old fossils of sea turtles and flying fish have been found with no difference between the fossils and the creatures that live today. From my understanding of evolution, there is always constant mutations and it is a bit unlikely that no changes have accrued in the time since then. Anyone have an idea? I am not looking for conclusive evidence, just a hypothesis or two.

Let's keep the creationism basing to a minimum please (ie, none) and just do some creative thinking. Thank you.
