I have a pre-employment drug test and physical in 2 days and I had a question about the hair testing from Phychemedics which will be performing the test. I was informed by a Phychemedics representative that they test for substance use date back approximately 90 days which will date back to the beginning of April. I have had only the "end of a blunt" which I inhaled only no more then 4-5 times of that. That's all of the marijuana that I have smoked. So will this cause me to fail my hair test? That is the ONLY THING in my system in the past 90 days. If it does go further than that, I have smoked 1 time in February. So a totally of 2 times of smoking marijuana up until now. Just trying to get a 2nd opinion. Please only answer if you have had a similar experience or you are in the medical field of this type of work!

I am applying to BMW by an agency and I was trying to see if anyone could tell me about the assessment test and the automated production simulator was all about so I can be better prepared. I passed the first initial interview so the assessment is next. Also are they big on your background checks? I have one misdemeanor that will be expunged in two months once I complete this class and I told the interviewer that it was on there and she still accepted that. Just want to know these things so I will know what to look for. Finally if anyone knows the days and hours BMW's Shift (B) runs that will be useful information for me. Please only answer if you are, have been, or know a person employed out there. Thanks!

I have a 1990 Buick Regal Gran Sport with a Transmission Pan Gasket Leak. I've had this car for 3 years now and when I brought it, I had it inspected. That did come up on the inspection but it wasn't necessary to change at the time. Now it is leaking worse and ive had to add transmission fluid from time to time but not often. I check my fluids regularly. Well I had 3 opinions by ASE certified techs on it and 2 out of 3 said that by changing it, it won't hurt the transmission. But that one person said that its a big risk. Im kinda scared to change it because I don't want to have to buy another transmission. The car shifts just fine so that's why I haven't touched it yet. Just want opinions by Techs only please or someone who had a similar problem.

I was a a party down the street from my college and it got busted. As I was walking back to the school, the police came behind me and asked me why I was walking away. I said I wasn't involved in that and he asked what did I drink tonight. I told him two beers that was it. He took my license and gave me a ticket for unlawful consumption and fined me 262.50. I think that was unfair because no one else underaged got a ticket and they have been drinking more then me. I was the only black male underage at the party though. He even had someone in the car with cuffs but let them go. My court date is the 25th and the officer said if I take the alcohol class, I wouldn't have to pay the fine nor will this be on my record. But I heard the classes is more expensive than my fine. Is this true? WIll the judge maybe look at it from my point of view of unfairness? What should I do?

My regal is surging while idling and hesitates like it is losing power when I accelerate. It only does the hesitation sometimes and when the engine is hot. I had my ignition module, all 3 coil packs, spark plugs, crankshaft sensor replaced. Vacuum hose and fuel filter cleaned. I have been to 4 different places and none of them can figure out what it could be. Code 42 came up back in December which is the C3I Electronic Spark Timing Failure. My service engine light did not come on since I had it reset. I had all this done and it is still doing it. Someone told my cam sensor could be bad but that should of came up on the computer because the mechanic said he tested everything and they were fine. Im tired of getting the run around. So if you know what it could be. Please feel free to respond. Thanks

Ok well this girl just broke up with her boyfriend about 3 weeks ago now after he cheated on her two times. I told her she was stupid in the first place to go back to him after the first time. Well she said that she wanted to give me a chance but I was like ok but lets just date first and start slow. She also says that she likes me but she doesnt show it that much. Well I tried taking her out three times. 1. Her cousin got into an accident which was true. 2. Her back was hurting from painting all night. 3. Decided to go to a game with one of her girl friends. And this past weekend she invited me to go with her to the movies with her sister and her bf but she wait till the last min to call me and the movie done started and I live 30 mins away from the theatre so I said maybe next time. So that was on me. We talk everyday but I no she still trying to get over ol boy but I dont no whether to back off totally and leave her alone or what. I want to go with her but just not now. I have a 1990 buick regal which has 16' on them already and I want to put those rims on there but I just want to make sure that is the right tire size for that rim. It fits but it was on a previous car and they felt like they wasnt the right kind of 17". Also how much will it affect my performance? I pefer tire and rim experts for this question only. Thanks

I mean I no how to introduce myself to girls and stuff but I like freak out cause I think im goin to get turn down. And thats with every girl I talk to. I always think negative all the time. I dont no whats wrong with me. What do I say that they want to hear? Now most girls these days want hard guys, thuggish guy. The stupid ones. Well me and this girl just met and we been talkin for 2 weeks now. Well we got like the same personality and we love the same food and everything. Well she kind of goin out wit this guy but their relationship is weak. He lied to her, and I think cheated and I dont think she deserves that type of guy. And she talks to me more than him and she said if she still wasnt talking to him, then me and her could of like probably start like talking more, thats our progress so far. I ask her if me and her went together, would she still have love for him and she said always. Which turn me off right there. But I no she likes me but she still wants to continue getting hurt by this guy. Im trying to prove that im a better man but I dont no what to do. Ok I have a 1990 buick regal gs and I drove it out of town two times since I had it. No problems until my second trip and my car started making loud, weird noises everytime I turned da wheel. So I checked my power steering fluid and it was empty. I put more in it and had to add more that night. Also it was fluid all on my drive belt and my engine coolant jug. So i no its leaking. But Im trying to figure out where from. So next i put some Lucas power steering fluid w/stop leak sunday and that baby worked until this morning and it did it again. So im looking for a mechanic to help me or someone who had the similar problem. Thanks

Ok, I just got my computer back because my computer crashed and I had to delete everything off my computer. Now everything is new and I have no sound device on my computer. I pluged it in the computer but nothing comes up. I cant listen to music or nothing. Someone please help me

It had a transmission pan gasket leak, intake and valve cover leak, a/c component leak, need rear strut mounts and a drive belt. Now nothing is leaking on the ground but I want to no is that stuff serious and what to do? The car rides great and I drove it on the interstate a few times to work with no problems.
