  • Should I get my hair cut into a Marcel Wave?

I'm very influenced by the culture and style of the 1920's and would like to get my hair cut into a somewhat more modernized variation of a Marcel Wave. However, I have extremely thick and wavy hair, and I am worried that the style would be hard to manage. While I have lived in humid areas for all of my life, I will e moving to Colorado Springs, where the humidity is lower, however, so this may be less of a problem

    Now for the pictures:

This picture resembles the cut I'd like to have...

  • What are good games to play with my Border Collie puppy?

I'm not looking for copy-paste answers, as my family has tried many games with her and some she cannot do, others she does not want to do. She loves Frisbee and tug-of-war, although she doesn't quite understand the concept of fetch and bringing back the object- she'll chase it, but rarely bring it back to us. She is terrified of water hoses for some odd reason (we're assuming baths.) She knows how to sit, stay, lie down, come when called, and perform other miscellaneous tricks. She is a very high energy dog and loves people, but is not very social and tends to be shy around other dogs. With these specifications in mind, can you think of any new games we could play with her?

  • Can dogs recognize words that are not known cues?

Could a dog recognize a word mentioned often (such as articles like "the" or names of family members) that are not taught cues (sit, stay, etc.)?
