im 14 and i am overweight for the past couple of days i hav been trying to eat a little less not a dramatic amount, what i am trying to do is eat what i usually eat just not eat as much and stop when i feel full . but all i seem to do is feel hungry every few hours after eating. usually i can go ages without food it doesnt bother me ( i know you'd think she's fat how can she go with out food ) but seriously i can wait.

do i keep feeling hungry because im going through a growth spurt or something?

i am 14 years old and i wear a head scarf on my head every single day my hair falls and i dont know why but i am starting to think it is because of lack of vitamin d but as i wear the headscarf it is quite difficult for my hair to have any contact with the sun. is there anyother ways that i can get vitamin D?

im on my period and i have run out of pads my sister doesnt have any either and i really need anotherr one i cant go out and buy it right now as it is past ,midnight and i am 14 is there anythings else i could use to substitute?

i've got dark under arms even after i shave its still dark and also the inside of my thighs are dark
