Last wednesday WMR update.to a scheduled dd for me.of.1/30. Next thing i knew on friday it gave me the 6 week msg so i called and spoke with 2 different irs reps that assured me i was still on for deposit monday. Theres also a guy on fb answerrs and igotmyrefund.com that got the same msg, made the same call, got the same answer from the rep then saw his money pending. Now there are plenty of us but im sure we still have our dd date...if you.went from a BY 31 date or any other date OTHER than a dd date i would most def call tomorrow morning to speak with someone {after u check ur balance of course} i hope this put alot at ease. Please comment if u got this message i would like to see if its a nice amount of us..just curious! Good luck everyone

I opted to have my refund deposited to my prepaid green dot visa card (same card i use for my paycheck) does anyone know if their bank (columbus bank and trust co) post same day.or if i will have to wait any additional days for processing? I was accepted on jan 16th and am expecting to be in the first batch deposit date 1/25 ??????

a friend of mine plead no contest and accepted 17-38yrs for an accomplice in 2 murders. he should have went to trial how long does he have to revoke this plea and take the case to trial?

I live in PA and a friend of mine, ignorant of the law and scared by police, gave a false confession. It was for 2 murders in the 3rd degree in Upper Darby, Pa. He had a PD who didnt care for his case and told him she wouldnt beat it. 8 days before his trial was to begin the DA and his PD offered him deals he finally took the 17-38 yr deal after told if he didnt, he would do life. Plead guilty.His DNA and fingerprints from the gun came back negative and im positive they never would have came with a single "deal" if the could prove beyond reasonable doubt he did this. They couldnt. Everyone in the neighborhood knows the name of the guy who did it but nobody has came forward. He didnt have good advice or guidance and its so so sad. there has to be something i can do! any suggestions?!!

It was a hospital and i was fired for getting into it with other coworkers well i was written up once and had it happen again. I really worked hard for my credentials and didnt realize how great of a career i had going for myself. i am trying to get into the same field and i get stuck when i think about how i am going to answer the question "why did u leave ur last job?" PLLLeasseeee help me! oh yea and ive been unemployed since march 08 (with unemployment) so not having recent experience makes it harder!!! i just need a second chance

I was terminated from my job in March for "attitute". For some time, a coworker was sending me obsene text messages and asking me for sexual favors. I never reported it to my employer because i was intimidated of him and though he would retaliate somehow. One day I heard a sexual rumor came from him about me so i confronted him about it. He was really embarassed and mad about it. Maybe 30mins later, he purposely pushed a big heavy duty sterilizing cart into me and I called him an "asshole" I did have a previous warning of my attitude but this was a different situation. My employer had my status as "indefinitley suspended" until i proved txt msgs. The only way to prove that was a court order. I couldnt afford a lawyer for the court order. My employer terminated me and told me that this co-worker signed and agreed to check his txt msgs. The proof was there and the never got back to me. I have a witness that saw the msgs and the cart incidend but she's scared for her job.
