my son is 1 1/2 and i need to stop the night time bottle use. he uses a sippy cup during meal times however will only fall to sleep with a bottle and during the night will cry for his bottle i put watered down apple juice in there for him but i was wondering what you moms thought about using more and more water until its only water then maybe he wont want it . also i cant just get rid of all the bottles in the house since i also have a 5 month old daughter who is still using them and he will still see them. it appears he is getting a cavity and although im taking him to the dentist next week i really want to stop him from using a bottle all together.

i have been living here 2 years i just had to sign a new lease or my rent would go from 1300 to 1800 on a month to month i cant afford that due to just having a second child and being on sdi. my husband and i want to get out of here. my neighbors fight at all hours of the night, i have had to call the police because i can hear then fighting and what sounds like him hit her and shes pregnant, in the last 2 years my husband truck was broken into and we have seen at least 20 other cars with broken windows, my people next door sell drugs some guy a few doors down has people drive up while he sits outside and im sure hes selling drugs to, i have a sex offender 2 doors down and with 2 small babies we just don't fee safe, this is supposed to be luxury apartments and homes trust me this is a better side of this city but i just cant afford to pay the fees of 1300 to get out of here and the money to get into a new place.what can i do

how many times do you let your baby reject a food before you stop trying?

if you baby turns him/her head or gags do you insist they continue to try at that moment? do you mix it with other foods? do you try again tomorrow?

who long did it take for your baby to be take to their old self?

lorenzo has it we are over the fever and rash but hes still not eating well and still fussy

my son is 10 months old today and last night the longed stretch of sleep was while he was on his tummy so i let him sleep that way

my son is going through some eating habit changes,, he is really no longer interested in baby food for even things he loves like yogurt he only wants formula , he will usually eat applesauce with no problems and now he only eats half of what he used to

he is also starting to wake up during the night again just to whine a little and then goes back to sleep

did your baby do this?

my son has a ton of clothes that were washed and not worn because he just had to much , im having a another baby but its a girl so i cant use this clothes.but i would use the money to buy her things i have used ebay but i think due to the economy things are just not selling there and i looked at craigslist and to be honest there is no much clothes i would have to have someone come to my home to see it all and i don't really want that.

does anyone have any suggestion?

is there any chain shops that allow you to sell used clothing for cash ?

lorenzo is 9 months old and i he has what i believe is seasonal allergy's.about 3 months ago he has the same thing.

runny nose (clear water like coming out) sneezing, no fever , no signs of body ache , no ear ache.

but he cant eat because he cant breath. today his dr told me there is no way a child under 2 can have allergies and that he is sick with a cold. I total disagree i then called the ped my sister works ( who is a old school ped) she told me he can and i can give him dimeatap cold and allergy 3/4 teaspoon every 6-8 hours.

why are new dr letting our kids suffer with the saline and suction advice when they are sick?

lorenzo is 9 months old and teething , in fact a tooth is breaking through but we do the same thing every night, dinner bath and some play time to wear him out, then we lay down with a warm bottle and he falls asleep while i burp him.here is my problem ,,,, he will sleep for about 15 min and wake up with energy to play for hours and after im to the point of losing my patients around 11pm he will fall to sleep , now i know that restlessness is due to teething and i do what i can for it .. but how about all this energy?

hes been congested for about 1 week with clear runny nose and sneezing. he has had no fever and has not had any other symptoms like sleepness or crankiness.

i just bought one from ebay its the dusk to dawn model and it didnt come with instruction,, anyone know how to use one of these things?

lorenzo is now teething , his lower gums are swollen and he cried if i try to put orajel on his gums. we tried hyland teething tables last night and they worked great but right before he tried them i have him a does of mortin,, is that ok to do again at night..

he not sleeping through the night but it was much better then its been the last week.

he could have just gone 30 min before but in the middle of his meal he starts pushing until he turns red and sometimes he doesnt even poop
