I've recently been having pain at the inside of my ankle, just behind and below the ankle bone. It also pops/cracks. I'm not sure if it's a stress fracture, pulled muscle, tendonitis, or maybe just a problem due to my flat feet. Should I go see a podiatrist or an orthopedic doctor?

Hi everyone! I'm sidelined from actually skating myself for the next few months (bad injury from a bracket!), so I thought I might attempt to learn something about the IJS to keep myself entertained.

I'm looking for websites that might have info about such things as: What makes a spin, spiral sequence, etc. a certain level? What the heck do codes like CoSp3 mean? How does GOE work? etc.

Any information or links for reading would be great!

We are looking to refinance our mortgage. We had a bad experience with a mortgage broker the first time around. Aside from the BBB, are there any websites where I can find others' opinions/experiences with mortgage companies?

Having received some offers already, there are a few which look too good to be true. The majority of the offers so far are at the same, somewhat higher rate (which seems to be the normal rate for our area). I just want to do some background research on the few companies that are offering the lower rates before we accept one of them.

I'm working on a single lutz, but can't get it fully rotated. I end up doing a half lutz. I can do the other single jumps (toe loop, salchow, loop, flip), but the lutz is making me crazy. Any tips on how to get the rotation? Any tips on the lutz at all would be great. Thanks!
