I've had it for a little over a month now. I've had 2 chest xrays and both doctors said it was bronchitis. I'm not coughing though. I've gone through 2 rounds of antibiotics and 2 rounds of steroids, but I can't get rid of it. I'm a 29 year old smoker (for about 10 years now). I'm also having shortness of breath. I've got about two weeks to kill in between jobs, so I'm just kind of laid up right now. I'm looking for some good road trip movies... I guess movies kind of like "Into the Wild", or "The Motorcycle Diaries". Thanks in advance!

I went to MEPS and swore in back in August. I'm scheduled to ship out in March, but I got a really good job and don't want to go to the Navy now. What will happen if I back out? Will I get charged with anything, or will I get a dishonorable discharge? Thanks in advance.

Here's the rundown... I am 29 and married with 2 children. I have been talking to a Navy recruiter, and she never mentioned that this might be a problem. I, however, have read online that in such cases, a waiver will be required. I'm wondering if these waivers are granted often. FWIW, I have a college degree, so I would go in as an E3.
