"YoU rOcK mY wOrLd"

I need some help on this one. My friends introduced this kid to me last year when I was a jr. in high school but he was almost two-years younger. Me and him were talking we kind of hit it off pretty well but we were "JUST FRIENDS" I didn'tt take him anymore then that...but then I started to notice the way he started to act with me and other girls he treated me different from the way he treated them. He makes fun of me all the time when he's around me and even when im not around he talks about me to this other people (I know coz they told me). Its not mean, but he makes fun of my height and the way I do staff and say staff I hate it sometimes...I do something so little he hunts me down with it the next day in school or goes to my cousin and starts to talk about me to her. Then one day he asked me who do I like? I just said some kid name that I know. And then he started to laugh n just had this face expression on like huh? and then started to say wow you guys would be so cute together and that I’m really short I would need a ladder to be able to reach him lol (not really). Then he goes to my cousin again saying that we don't match. He doesn't see us together. and when I see him in the halls he doesn’t say anything only looks at me, but looks like he wants to but doesn’t want to approach me at the same time but when he sees me in the halls he just starts talking to some girl LAUGHING but also looking at me...when he sees me in the hall ways with my friends he just keeps looking he won't say anything only if I’m alone...but sometimes he says "hey what’s up?" and I would just smile and then he says what wow your rude. he’s always calling me stupid for no reason (weird). and my friends are always saying he likes me coz he would only make fun of me and try to only talk to me no one else. And when he talks to me I noticed he gets nervous (but I find it cute) I'm just confused. Does he like me OR not?!?!
