After the case reached the US Supreme Court the case was reversed and remanded. Was any decision ever made when it got back to New York? Is there a place that I can get a transcript without paying for it?

I am looking for anatomical term for the skin & muscle between the metacarpals of the index finger and thumb. I am going to be teaching a safety class on prevention of swallowing harmful objects. Students learn to press behind the Temporomandibular joint to do this. It has been years sense I learned this technique & I no longer remember the technical or informal name.

I tried to look it up on the FDA website and it turned up nothing The FDA website tried to modify my foxfire browser when I went to input my question. I am asking about the US and the decision to use handguns. A friend and I have an argument on the issue.

First the reverse and remand of Maloney v. rice 2010 by the Supreme Court. Then PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA Plaintiff, vs. DASVIR BAINS. The judge tossed out the case with what seemed like pride. Is CPC 12020 gone? Are only the sections related to nunchaku?. Also, if it only applies to nunchaku does this mean that if a person has 2 singular sticks must they be connecting them with a rope or something? Are there in existence any laws other than 12020 against nunchaku now in CA. Does this apply to all people or just felons?

After the McDonald v. Chicago decision, is it likely that I will be allowed to carry a stick to defend myself from dangerous dogs. I work as a Guard and do not need one for humans, but on my days off I jog. I have been chased by multiple bulldogs. One bulldog evasion required me to run through ongoing traffic (it weighed about 140lbs+-). I have encountered mountain Lyons on two recent occasions. CA12020 denies clubs and such. I have no interest in knifing or shooting a dog or Lyon. The ruling said that am entitled to have traditional weapons for self-defense. Even a caveman had a stick. How much more traditional does a weapon have to be.
