So I been in love with this guy for 2 years now but he has always had this girlfriend. They broke up and he asked me out but before I could answer she took him back and he disappear for 6 months. He kept telling me things weren't going well with her..As of right now he does not talk/text me. His girlfriend knows nothing. And My heart is broken. What do I do? I want him. I been waiting forever to show I love him more then her. What do I do because I wanna wait but should I? I can't move on.

Hi just need some help I think I should see a doctor but I want to hear what u guys thing first...well when I was 7-14 years old I was beat by my father and now I'm 16 and he does not beat me now but I get really depress and I cry and I self harm because I plan myself for everything I can't look in the mirror without hating myself and then I have these random things when my chest gets tight and hard to breath and my eyes get bright...I don't know what these things are my friend said depression and panic attacks but I don't know...any ideas what It mite be?
