Okay. One of my favorite authors is going to be 25 minutes away. I really want to meet her and get a signed book. I have a six month old... I can't find a sitter. Is it okay to bring him along?

What are foods to avoid while breastfeeding?

Especially foods that make the baby gasst. My son's Dr. Said he has reflux. And to alter my diet and he'll see him back next week. Help is greatly appreciated.

Is there anything I can do to help the swelling go down? All of a sudden they got really bad and they aren't going down. I've tried: Icing them, Putting them in cold water, Elevating them, and generally trying to stay off of them. But nothing is working and they were starting to hurt as well.

(I do have a normal appt Monday as well).

Is there anything I can try?

I'm due less than five weeks with my first child. My Southern Baptist mother insists that her grandson has to be raised in a baptist church because that's the only way to raise a child. She wants me to do an infant dedication ( I believe that's what it is called) as well as Allowing her to read the Nativity Story to him. My husband and I are both Atheist. And her shoving religon down my throat pushed me to it. I've been telling her that's not what we want to do with our family but she isn't getting the hint. How exactly can I tell her no?

I'm 34 weeks pregnant and for the last 30-45 mins I've been experiencing severe lower back pain. I have no idea what this could be.. Help is appreciated..

I'm 32wks. Baby has been Transverse since 28wks. I was told it wasn't an issue until 36wks. But what exactly will happen if he stays Transverse? Besides having to have a C section.

I'm 28w3d pregnant. I've been under alot of stress lately with a settlement case, and an idiotic lawyer. As well as trying to get ready for the baby, and sorting things out for college.. And I've started having heart palpitations more frequent than normal. My midwife said might be from stress, and going to see a cardiologist. But in the meantime, is there anything I can do to relax?

My little brother has autism and is turning 15. I'm 6 1/2 months pregnant (moved away and married) He understands that a baby is coming, but doesn't understand that the baby won't replace him.
