I am 5 weeks pregnant and every time I have an orgasm, I get an intense and painful cramp.?
The cramp is followed by a brownish discharge that I am guessing is blood. Has this happened to anyone before or does anyone know what this means?

My nephew was born 6/7/08 and we found out that he needs heart surgery to correct a transpositioning of his left and right ventricles. He is getting the surgery 6/12/08 and I just wanted to know if any of your newborns have had open heart surgery and how the outcome/ recovery time was. Thanks
