im on the mini pill because i am breastfeeding and i forgot to take one of the pills in the middle circle. I know for normal b/c pills those are sugar pills and it doesnt matter if you forget them, but is the same true for the mini pill of should I use a back up method? thanks!

i just had a baby 2 months ago and im breastfeeding. i am weighing the pros and cons of different birth control and would like some opinions. i like the iud because its long term and im not thinking about having another baby for at least 3 years. but i also want something that will make my periods either lighter or dissappear and something that wont make me gain weight and something that will help my skin. anyone have any suggestions? thanks!

so the gym i go to has sanitation stations for the exercise equipment and after you use the cardio machines you should wipe them down. but after your use the weight machines should you wipe them down? there is a sanitation station around the weight lifting area but i have never seen anyone wipe those machines down. is it nessesary, i dont want people looking at me wondering why im wiping them down and i dont want anyone to think im gross if i dont. thanks!

my baby's father has completely stopped calling and seeing my son. Its been a week since ive heard from him and he needs to put his name on the birth certificate. im sick of being the one that takes care of our baby while hes out at parties showing everyone pictures of his son and acting like this great dad. can i apply for child support without his name on the birth certificate?

i had a c section almost 2 months ago and ive been having alot of stomach issues lately. i just started my period but i dont usually get this sick. has anyone else experienced this or can anyone give me an explanation why? is it possible to develop lactose intolerance or chrons disease or something after having a baby?

has anyone had any experiences (good or bad) with that IUD mirena? i just had a baby (unplanned) last month so i want an EFFECTIVE form of b/c this time and it says on the commercial that you need to have had a child and be in a stable relationship. i wouldnt say im in a stable relationship but im not sure why that would matter. i also want to know how safe it is and if you can feel it at all or if it has side effects (especially weight gain, since im trying to lose my baby weight) thanks!

i just had a baby in the beggining of april and my stomach looks like something out of a horror movie. i had a c section so i cant work out that much, i lost alot of my baby weight and im proud of that but my stomach is rough and wrinkly and gross. i feel like its not even worth losing the rest of my weight because ill never be able to show off my body again. im only 20 years old and im the only one of my friends that have had a baby so all of them look cute on the beach it makes me crazy! is there anyone who has overcome this problem and had a normal looking stomach again?

i am breastfeeding my 3 week old and my mom mentioned something to me about not eating strawberries, i think they are fine and i havent heard anything but i wanted to make sure. also, is there any other foods that i should definetly stay away from while breastfeeding? thanks in advance!

i had a c section one week ago and my stomach has things sticking out of it. i think its muscles but im not sure. it reminds me of when my baby would kick, it sticks out that much! im not sure if this is normal, im really nervous about this because it just doesnt feel normal, i knew it would take a while for my uterus and muscles to go back to normal but should anything actually be poking out of my lower stomach?

im having a baby next week and the father of the baby wants a dna test. he seems to think that we can get a free one at the hospital but with all the research that i have done no one at the hospital seems to know what im talking about. does anyone from ct know what he is talking about or does anyone have any advise on how i should go about finding out where i can get a dna test (besides the at-home kits) if anyone has been in a similiar situation or knows someone who has please help! thanks!
