Any Advice.....Serious Answers ONLY Please :)?
O.K. so I need to know what a good plan of action is for me to lose weight. I need to give some background info. tho to paint a clear picture of my current situation. I am currently 5' 1 1/2" and between 155-160 lbs. I had a child 3 years ago from this past Feb. I also now have hypothyrodism aquired after pregnancy. Before I had gotten pregnant I was a size 1-3 and around 110-112 lbs. I am a stay-at-home mom and currently my husband is deployed altho when he is home he works 24 hour shifts every other day. So I would like to know if anybody can please help guide me to a program I can stick to and that will actually produce results considering I would only be able to go to the gym every other day when my husband is at home and what I could do now that he is gone and I cant get to the gym. Also years ago I went to the gym 5-6 days/week and I never lost a lb even after 6 months of cardio/strength training and eating in moderation. So can anybody help me with my limitations now please. TY.
