Could this be Arthiritis in my shoulder? i kept summary short and simple! no drama :)?
im 23, have had chronic shoulder pain in left shoulder for 2 years since trying to put my shirt on one morning.,MRI said it was minor inflammation. physio didn't help at all.
so could this be Arthritis? or would they have noticed if it was?
(can move arm all directions with ease,just pain follows ,especialy when sitting at computer a long time or bench press)
