    Could I do HIIT to improve my 3km run speed? Cus I can only really go running one day of the week but HIIT I can do throughout the week because it won't wear out the legs. So will HIIT help along with actual running?

    Could I do 100m, 200m, and 400m sprints during a plyometric session? Because I want to improve my vertical as well as get faster in sprints. So can I do these longer sprints? Or stick to short sprints (50m and less).

    Another question, if I were to do plyometrics in the holidays for 3-4 weeks, would I benefit from it during the school term if I stop when school starts?

    I need to do a Viva Voce (basically a presentation with speaking, playing a recording and showing the score to people) on a Baroque composition. The brief is "You need to analyse a Baroque composition based on the concept of PITCH. Your anaylis need to consist of the following 7 feature points.

    1. Key

    2.Melodic contour (range,step,leap,repeated notes,combintion,ascending and descending)

    3. Phrasing (balanced, imbalanced)

    4. Main melodic instrument

    5. Harmonic instrument/s (accompaniment and Bass)

    6. Baroque devices (sequences, imitation, motif, ornamentation, canon)

    7. Conclusion (what makes this piece Baroque music)"

  • How to fix an app that always crashes?

    I bought the app FullFitness from the App store and it always crashes when I open it. Sometimes, the app crashes as soon as it has loaded, other times it crashes when I click on something, or if I jsut leave it for 10 or so seconds. Basically, I payed for it, and it doesnt work. How can I fix it so it doesn't crash? I've got an iPod Touch 8GB 3rd Gen. I have to buy all my apps on my iPod because the iTunes store and the Appstore don't work on my computer. Any ideas? I've tried turning off and on my iPod, and deleting the app and getting it again, neither worked.

  • Is this an alright way to workout?

    What I do is I'll do a weight exercise first eg. isolated bicep curls with a dumbell and then ill do an ab exercise, then calf raises, then tricep extensions,abs,squats,hammer curls,abs then finish off with push ups and sit-ups. I don't do sets, and I dont rest much except to catch my breath between the exercises. Is this an alright way to workout and how could I improve it to get faster muscle growth?

    My friend told me that if you massage your muscles after weight lifting it increases muscle growth by 30%. He nicknamed it "jazzascising". Anyway, he is in a rep cricket team and his coaches told the team to massage their muscles after weight lifting. Has anyone else heard this? If so, how long do you have to do it for for it to make a difference and what is the correct technique for doing it.
