  • What kind of bicycle should I purchase?

So I'm 28 years old and about 5'6. I never really grew up riding bikes, I mostly skateboarded growing up. I was on a 10 speed mountain bike recently and it was the worst experience ever. I would like to ride a bike more often but mountain bikes just seem too high for me. Do they make smaller bikes or should I get a smaller framed BMX bike? I'm going to be mostly riding through town. Thank you.

  • If a landlord doesn't tell you about a bug/pest problem before moving in can your lease be void?

I moved into an apartment about 6 months ago. The landlord never mentioned any type of pest/roach problem. A neighbor told me "You'll see some roaches here and there. The apartment behind you used to have them real bad. He's had it sprayed a few times but they seem to come back". This was about a month ago. As the colder weather starts to wear off I have seen a couple. What should I do?

  • Problems with Wireless Router?

I've owned a Linksys Wireless-G Router for awhile now but recently it has begun to act up on me. For example it hasn't worked at all today. The connection is available but is only "local". I know it's not my internet connection since I have the router connected directly to my computer and it's working fine. I've unplugged the wirless router and checked the connections, everything seems fine. Should I start looking into a wireless router or is anything else I can do?

  • Working at a Prison Boot Camp?

I was recently offered a job at a State Prison working at a "motivational boot camp". I was just wondering what the day to day work is like. I've been in the military for 5 years, so I know how basic training works I was just wondering what makes it different than a regular state prison.

  • If someone checks themselves into rehab can they be arrested for a crime?

I'm currently pressing charges on my brother who stole 4,000 dollars from my bank account. He admitted to the crime, but cannot be arrested until Monday. He is checking himself into a rehab tomorrow. Will this affect him being arrested or will they just take him out of it and put him in jail?

  • Should I trade my 2008 Cobalt Sport in for a 2007 Ford Explorer Sport Trac?

I currently own a 2008 Cobalt Sport (Power everything, moon roof, heated leather seats, etc) with 30,000 miles on it. I am thinking of trading it in for a 2007 Sport Trac XLT with 54,100 miles on it. I don't know much about the Sport Tracs or how dependable they are. I was just wondering for those that own them or have owned if it would be a good route to go. Thanks

  • How much is a 1995 Kawasaki KX 250 worth?

A guy I know is selling one for $1,000. It seems a little steep for a bike that's around 15 years old. Espicially since these types of bikes usually get beat pretty good. Im thinking of throwing a lower offer out, what do you guys think?

  • Should I Contact The State Police? Local Police Arent Responding.?

I recently found out that my brother had stolen my check book and was forging my name on numerous checks. The checks amounted to almost 2,000 dollars. I went to the local police and my brother offered to turn himself in, admitting to doing the crime. The police said I needed the checks in order for him to be arrested. I go to my bank get the checks and find out he also stole my debit card on numerous times and also used it for around 1,000 dollars. My brother once again shows up to turn himself in and admits to this but the local police say it will take around four weeks to process. I find this highly unlikely since I had a TV and PS3 stolen around a year ago and when it was reported to the State Police with evidence they arrested him on the spot. Did my local police fail me? I'm not sure if I'm gonna be able to get my brother in a third time and not sure where he is now.

  • Can hearing loss occur months after a large blast/sound?

I was deployed with the Army less than a year ago. While I was there I was around blasts and other loud noises, when I got back to the states my hearing was considered fine. However, recently my hearing seems to be getting worse (espicially in my right ear). I was just wondering if this is possible or if it's from something else.

  • What does a reverse American flag mean?

I saw a flag that had everything reversed on it. The stars were blue, the background was white and the vertical lines were horizontal. Does anyone know what this means? I tried searching for it but cant find it anywhere, any info is appreciated.
