Quarantine has made me fall in love with reading. I need some books to buy, I want something you can label as “the best book in the world”,based on your read obviously. Something that will keep me engrossed with a captivating plot.

 I’m currently reading “Perfect People” by Peter James. It’s pretty good! 

In the midst of a pandemic, we all tend to reflect on our lives and mental health since we have more times on our hands. the internet can be rude and I just wanted to ask everyone, if you're reading this. How are you? what's been bothering you and why?

What are some fancy ways to describe someone who is Middle eastern African? 

Eg: Arab African cocktail. Anymore? 

I know someone who never wanted children yet when he had his child he “fell in love” and his whole became about her. 

Everyone always says a confident woman is sexy and I want to be confident but I feel like being confident would seem as though I’m not down to earth and rather full of myself. I’m usually very insecure and I thought it was a good thing because it means I’m not full of myself but it seems like everyone likes confidence. So I’m confused.

People always talk bad about people being insecure. An example includes saying something like “he only does this to hide the fact that he’s insecure” but what’s so bad about being insecure? I’m very insecure and I understand that it affects me when I take pictures and stuff but why is it used as an insult? Plus if you’re not insecure you’re most likely confident and doesn’t being confident mean you’re full of yourself or you have a big ego? I don’t want to sound ignorant and dumb but I really want to know.

Regardless of the anonymous aspect, it’s really sad how we bring each other down and I really want to understand. Why? Why are we spreading hate rather than love? If you’re reading this, I dare you to do comment something nice on anyone’s social media profile or even better say it to them in real life. We only have each other, let’s learn to love.

so let me just sum it up, my phone has been going through some problems and I had no connect to iTunes which resulted in me having to restart my phone. I restored my data from iCloud but my last back up was 2016. Meaning I’ve lost everything, I’m distraught, I’ve lost all my memories. I had some amazing pictures of my family, myself and my life. Memories I cherish and they were all captured in pictures. It means so so much to me, I’m unable to believe it. So is there any way I can get these pictures back ?? They can’t be completely gone???

What does it same about someone (person a) who ends a toxic friendship with someone on a bad note and refuses to talk or re-kindle the friendship yet on special occasions like graduation or birthday the person a still wishes their friend. What does this say about the person a? To me I think the person is extremely down to earth and the complete episode of prideful, to me it emphasizes growth. What do you think ?

Ps this is based on an argument my friends and I were having based on this scenario as we all have very different interpretations. Share your thoughts!
