Call of duty 4 problem?
Okay so my COD4 is playing up giving me a yes or no question on startup I've seen videos about unplugging your Internet but I wanna know if there's a permanent fix? And why it's happening? Any help appreciated

My call of duty won't work, tried buying a new disk but when the fist COD screen/advert whatever it is ha comes in I get a yes or no question and either answer ends with return to home screen, some tell me what's going on because I do not like any other COD games ( yes I have them all but don't think they compare to the first)
