I feel like am alone...My Dad cares about his drugs and doing them in front of his kids (my brother and sister) and my Mam disowned as I'm the mistake of the family!!

I have my own house, have 2 jobs, am a full time carer and am studying to be a social worker.

Am also understand the mental health because of my abuse and eating disorders which helps but when am not there i feel alone...

I don't understand why I am the nice person and I do everything for everyone without complaining but then get no appreciation for it. What am I supposed to do??

When times get tough which is now as i was attacked and I have no one to talk too about it to relieve me of it...I feel like just doing damage to myself because then it will be easier and i don't think anyone would care...

How am i supposed to overcome it all??
