I am trying to have a bit turn high if an input is true for more than 30 seconds. Is there a way to have a timer conditionally start and then clear back to 0 when the condition is no longer met? Thanks in advance.

so my car radio won't power on at all. the radio fuse in the car and the radio unit are fine. when i put a voltmeter across the 12V source and ground wires I get nothing but when I put it on the 12V and Antenna ground I least get something, which leads me to believe there might be a problem with my car radio's ground wire. Is this a good assumption, and if so how can an average person fix it?

I am trying to make a function that can accept all sorts off different parameters.say for example the function is called myFuction, I want to be able to do something like.

myFunction(x)

myFunction(x,y)

myFunction(x,y,z)

and so on. I know there is a name for this, but I can't remember it, and therefore can't research it online and teach myself. Any help would be appreciated

I put in a new radio in my 20 year old Chrysler. I tested it once i hooked up all the wiring and it worked fine. i try it again 20 min later and it won't even power up. the back of the unit was very hot. I checked the fuses in the car and in the radio itself and they were both fine. the origianl stock radio had a heat sink. all other stereo parts are stock. any help would be awesome

I have a 1995 Chrysler and just put in a modern radio. in order to install the radio I had to strip the existing connection wires and hook them up to the copper ends of the new radio. I hooked it up correctly ( I think)) and tested it out after installation to make sure it works. my radio, front, and back sprakers all worked fine. i tried it out 20 min later and it no longer would even power up. I noticed it was very hot in the back of the head unit. i checked the car's radio fuse and the fuse that comes with the new radio and there didn't appear to be any breakage in either. the old original radio had a heat sink on it, but i assumrd since it was older it simply produced more heat. maybe this new head unit cant handle that much voltage. all my speakers are stock. Any help from someone who has seen this type of thing before would be great. thanks

I have an equation for a parabola ( y = 5/21 (x-2100)^2 ), and the bounds for it are [ 0 4200 ]. How do I find the length of the arc, I know how to find the area under it but I don't know were to start if I wanted the length of the parabola. Thanks in advance.

ok so there is a (8 x 0.4 x 1.5) rectangle. Then there is a parrabola inside of it that starts at (0,0) and ends at (0,8) with an origin at (4,1.2). It ends up looking like a bridge.

I am confused on how to find the remaining are after the area under the parrabola has been cut out.

I know you need to use the equation of the parrabola ( I calculated y = -.075(x - 4)2 + 1.2) and the rectangle somehow.

How do I find the remaining area???

I need to get office on my new laptop. Does me being a student help at all or is the 140$ sticker price my only option. I am going to need word, powerpoint, and excel for school but it would suck to shell out that kind of cash for software. Any discounts or alternative suggestions.

I'm looking for a action romance like eureka 7 or maybe phantom requiem. I'm looking for a romance were all the love interest don't just fall on his lap. The kind were it kind builds up, not were there constantly all over him or he convieniently walk in while their changing or something. Its hard to take that kind of stuff seriously. If you can give me some good suggestions it would be greatly appreciated

I believe the voltage on the charger it came with is 5v at 1.0 A. I often use Another charger I have that is 5.3v at 2.0 A. Will this damage my phone? Will not using enough voltage damge it? I have a galaxy s2 btw

I'm looking for anime that has lots of action but some good romance as well. Some good ones I've seen so far are eureka 7, fate stay night, and inuyasha to name a few. I find it quite difficult to find anime with both of these genres. Some suggestions of animes you really enjoyed and fit this description would be much appreciated.

animes I've seen so far and liked are eureka 7, inuyasha, fate stay night, and most of the expected ones (naruto, bleach, fma). If you can give me a list of your favorite animes that fits this description. Dub is preferred.

It seems to be a very limited genre combination so I'm having a difficult time finding something worth watching. I have android on my touch pad and the sound works fine if your not using any headphones . I had alpha 2 and it would play through the speakers and headphone at the same time. In alpha 3 it stopped playing through the speakers when I plugged in my headphone but the sound in t headphones still didn't work. I now have alpha 3.5 and it still doesn't work. What am I doing wrong and how can I fix it. Help would e greatly apreciated .
