I have been on a diet for the last few months, since the start of the new year. The way the diet works is that there's a cheat day once a week, where you can eat anything you want, it's great. Anyways, every cheat day, I always feel so incredibly sick, much more than I used to feel when I ate this kind of food on a normal, everyday basis. My question is about the science behind why it's more difficult and noticeable now... just curious as to what changed or happened to make the unhealthy food "worse". Thanks!

I can spend up to $200 probably if it is an awesome idea/gift, but I would prefer to spend under $100.

He is into video games, but I don't want to get him any games or consoles because he is already getting plenty of that from the rest of the family. He is also into acting and theater. Those and the gaming are his main interests.

It doesn't have to be anything relating to those though, I got him some random stuff for Christmas he really liked... powerful laser pointer, remote control helicopter... random gadgets and stuff like that he likes a lot too.

I am a groomsman in my friends wedding. I'm 23, she is probably 22 or so, and she is married. Today is the day before the wedding. I knew I was going to be walking down the isle with her so I went up and introduced myself at the rehearsal tonight just so it wouldn't be awkward later. I asked her if she had seen where the bridesmaids were staying at, and she very promptly told me she isnt staying there because she's married. I was a little confused but I didnt think much of it and said ok and walked away. Then later when we were practicing walking down the isle, the people in charge of the music said that they are going to play an upbeat song after the bride and groom kiss. So they wanted all the bridesmaids and groomsmen to kinda walk/dance as they walk out. After we finished we were smiling and laughing a bit and I said, have you ever been to a wedding like this before? And she said, well I just got married 8 months ago, in kind of an stuck-up tone and just walked away. I was so surprised how full of herself she was, I just laughed in my head and left.

But now, later tonight the groom comes up to me and says, so I hear you have been trying to talk with a married girl, my fiance told me that her bridesmaid had to keep reminding you she is married and not interested. Anyways, that stuff just really frustrates me because it is so stupid. Honestly I wouldn't even say anything, but it bothers me she is telling other people stupid lies. What should I say, and how should I say it.

I usually only ever need about 7.5-8 hours of sleep each night and Im just fine, i wake up no problem. Lately though, I'm sleeping at least 10 hours every night. I've read up on REM sleep before so i always set a timer at 8hours, and in the past that has always worked perfectly. Now though when my timer goes off, I am still incredibly tired, so tired that I can barely even keep my eyes open to turn of the alarm. After about two more hours I'll wake up and be fine. I'm really confused what's going on. Getting out of bed has never really been a problem. I'm not depressed by any means... I am going to bed on time, at the same time every night, I'm not really stressed any more than normal. Maybe because I moved to a one hour difference time zone, but I have done that a million times and barely ever even notice the difference. And it's been more than a month. Any ideas guys? Advice what to do?

I worked for this place for about a month before I realized it just wasn't all it was cracked up to be. I quit, and the system works in that after you quit, you need to wait 50 days to get your last check, because they apply it towards any cancelled sales. Well it has been more than 90 days now, and still no checks. I have contacted them numerous times, and at first they responded telling me that the check will be deposited any day, but now they have completely stopped answering my phone calls and texts. They owe me $200. I know it's not a tremendous amount but still, it's MY money. What can I do? Can I sue them? How can I go about getting back that money...

It doesn't necessarily need to be some sort of ranch, I basically just want to work somewhere where I have a simple job, like stacking hay, feeding horses and cattle... etc, and also where I can be completely alone. From anywhere like 3-12 months. Does anyone know a place that is hiring? Or just some ideas of where to look. And also preferably somewhere out west :D

When I'm driving it just shifts very noticeably hard going from 1st to 2nd, but no other gears. All of the fluids are topped off. Any ideas?

I'm looking to buy one and I have KBB the price and the dealership is selling it for reasonably less. It's a small dealership and I was wondering what you guys think a car like that is worth. It has 135000 miles and they claim everything is working and running fine. What would you say its worth and also is it probable that the car has a red flag and thats why its so much cheaper or could it just be that they are selling it cheap? It is about 1500-2500 dollars cheap that what KBB priced it at.

I am registered as a Michigan resident but I recently moved to Texas and will be here for only a few months so I'm keeping my Michigan residency. I found a car here I'd like to buy and I'm looking to sell my old one. I was wondering what I need to do to transfer the plates on my Michigan car to the newly bought Texas car. Will I need to get Texas plates for the car, or is there a way to simply keep the Michigan ones I already have. Also will I be able to register the car through Michigan so I can get a Michigan title for it?

Basically I'm going to go camping for a week and I don't want to cook, I just want to have good already ready. I'm not picky at all and I only plan on eating once a day. I'd like to just bring one thing, like a huge bag of granola or something and only eat that for the whole week. Is there anything out there I can bring that is simple but also healthy enough to have for one week straight?
