my shoulder/neck area hurts and I can't turn it all the way right. I fell doing a back handspring so idk what I should do to make my neck normal again. what should I do?

I'm in middle school so I'm wondering . Im a allstar cheerleader and my jumps are pretty high. I have a needle and all that stuff but my only problem is tumbling. I can do round offs and cartwheels and sometimes a back walkover . Could I make varsity ?

currently it is soaked with baking soda but if that doesn't work is there any other ways I can get it out in 4 days

idk what it is I'm thinking a splinter but I don't see anything but I can't walk or anything and I have no clue what it could be it's a really small red dot . and it hurts when I touch it .

I need to heal it fast because I have cheer practice soon and I can't do anything with a pain in my foot.

my first period started on the 12th , lasted about 5 days . but currently this one started on the 1st lasting for 2 weeks and it keeps getting heavier and heavier . what do I do ?

my period is kinda I never but it's like heavy spotting . and the only tampons I have are regular . (going to a waterpark btw)

I'm going to a water park and you ride on the tubes sometime and you get dumped in water , will there be a circle of blood if I don't wear anything .

usually I wear regular sized pads but idk if I'm gonna get sick from the tampon (it says TSS all over the box) and I only have regular sized tampons . idk I'm scared .

I'm going to ocean breeze so I kinda have to wear a tampon

I tried out for a cheer thing (not school) but in probably gonna be grouped in 12-14 and I'm 13 right now.

I can't find a gun I can't find any medicine. What do I do now?

So far I've drank ginger ale. I don't know if I should it rice soup though. Any advice?

Btw I have a stomach bug. So I'm not hungry.

She is starting to ignore me now and sitting with another group not sitting by me not walking with me in the hallways not answering my phone calls trying to get answers on my homework, i feel like she is just using me. Is she really my friend. :(

It's kinda hard to explain but i didn't have this problem in elementary. Every-time i'm in the middle of my homework, i get these painful headaches. and its painful for a 11 year old.

GRRRR! She has a Facebook to connect with my family and she won't let me use it! How will I talk to my friends! (My friends live far aways because we moved) But she doesn't even talk to them that much she talks to her FRIENDS!!! I am old enough and mature enough to get one. All of my other friends have one to! Then ask me "Do you have a Facebook?" and I HAVE to say NO! I don't want to say that! I do a lot of activites and I ran out of texts on my phone. And I might NEVER see the people I meet from the activites! Again SHE HAS ONE!! GRRRR I'm angry!! Help me calm down. If you post something thats makes me angry "GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!"😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😣
