I used to love love love the office but now I don't . So I was wondering if you guys do or don't and WHY?

I want to loose wait. For right now am I healthy?? I weigh about 114 pounds and am about 5' tall. For breakfast I had a coco pop with pb and banana.for lunch I had salad a nuyrigrain bar and some veggie chips . Snack was yogurt and crackers with cheese. Dinner was beans potato with butter and some grilled chicken.I don't really excercise even though I need to. If you have any suggestions that would be great. Help on my diet and exercise !!!!!!!
